Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chattahoochee County

Seems like there is a constant rotating staff because the customer service is not consistent. Sometimes they are friendly and efficient and other times you can tell they dont want to be there. Sometimes the coffee is good other times we notice all the cream and sugar at the bottom and it doesnt taste good. Hopefully this location gets better because we would like to come back instead of going to BK for their iced coffees.

Editing because my husband and i have been here several times since writing my last review and the service has gotten worse. The attitude of the staff is unbelieveable, the accuracy with orders is terrible, and every time we order bagels they dont tell us they are unavailable UNTIL we get to the window to pay. Its ridiculous. If we ever want to go to DD we will be leaving post to do so from now on. There are several that don't screw...

I've worked for this company before and understand the process to every machine including functionsf of the store. The fact is you can have a great staff with excellent customer service but slow service. In this location you need to be fast especially blocking traffic due to the placement of the building. Multi-tasking is a must and effective training to promote that needs to happen. I hope they can get it together and do better cause I've heard awful reviews over and over. I still gave it a chance today to see if they would live up to it. My biggest thing is the wait time in the line, it didn't budge for 6 minutes. I'm now sitting at 25 minutes in this line. That is entirely too long. I can't get out either due to being stuck in the line. You should be pushing people through with this type of restaurant.

A place that used to be great, has now degraded to extreme unsatisfactory. The first was incorrect, I hoped it was a fluke. The second time my order was made with zero effort and was sloshed everywhere and my coffee tasted horrid. Cheese not even melted, hash browns everywhere and cold. I wanted to give them one more try as to this was my favorite coffee spot. I can no longer come here and this time was the last straw. My donuts were stake, coffee was so bad that no amount of creme or sugar could save it. Sandwich sloshed everywhere, hash browns cold again. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a fast food place that actually serves edible food. Can not even fathom the horrible taste and dissatisfaction this Dunkin donuts has brought. I will also be spreading the word that this Dunkin Donu.s has awful service...
