I usually enjoy going to this Hardee’s and have never had a bad experience until today, 10/08/25 at around 6:30-6:40pm. I went through the drive-thru, and a young man took my order. He seemed new, which was completely fine, everyone has to start somewhere. I ordered two burger combos, and he offered a deal where both combos would be $10 but only include one drink. It sounded fine, so I agreed.
When I got to the window, I handed him a coupon that only worked for one burger. He asked a lady for help (who seemed to be in the middle of an argument inside with customers. Mind you, he seemed nervous to even ask for her help). She came over to assist and told him he was doing it wrong, then asked me if I wanted the combo with lemonade. I said yes, everything went through, and I left after paying.
Once I checked the bag, I realized there was only one burger. I turned around and went inside to politely let them know, and before I could explain, the same lady came toward me with an attitude, saying, “No, I asked you if you wanted the combo with the lemonade and you said yes.” I tried to explain that I had ordered two burgers and only used one coupon, meaning I’d pay full price for the second one, but she cut me off, repeating that I’d only ordered one.
At that point, I didn’t even want to argue. I stayed quiet. I asked for a refund, and she snatched the bag, tossed it in the trash, and walked away. Her behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
I’ve always had pleasant experiences at this location, but this particular interaction left a really bad impression. I hope management can provide better training and customer service support, especially for employees helping new...

Old Review... Check Inconsistent Review... tells you about service...Inconsistent! This Franchise, simple could CARE LESS about Customers. I.e. Hot Sauce, a simple condiment carried by Hardy's since it's Fried Chicken days. It's a ritual for my Biscuits (Sausage or Chicken) and is available in all Hardy's nationwide... BUT NOT HERE! Manager Lies and says Hardy's discontinued it. Actually ADMITTED franchise Owners Refuse to carry it!
