Burger King — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I come here every Tuesday and Thursday for lunch, every time I come through I get told to wait for my order to be taken, always end up waiting for a long time , last time I waited for 6 minutes just to get my order taken. After waiting at the speaker for the entirety of Bohemian Rhapsody, i ordered my one sandwich I get, turn the corner and there’s no cars there, they already served everyone ahead of me and waited after that. I was waiting on nothing. Horrible service. If there were more places to eat near the school, I would not be ordering here ever again. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Every single week.

I’m done playing nice to this Burger King, you give me attitude and you’ll get it right back. Do your job right. It’s not that hard to be a decent human being. Sincerely, a fellow fast food worker

Edit a few weeks later: I ordered the usual. Through the mobile app so that they don’t mess it up again right? Wrong. I had to come inside. The drive through was NOT closed off, no signs of it being closed, leaving you to drive up to the speaker, just to get told in the rudest manner ever, the only words are “you have to come inside”

So I go inside to get my food. chicken sandwich, plain, noting on it. No mayo, lettuce, nothing. I showed my boyfriend as I was ordering on the app and said “look. No mayo, no lettuce. Just plain” and guess what. As I’m about to walk out I decide, let’s check the food first. My sandwich has mayo, like I specifically requested IN THE APP for none. I come back to the counter and tell them, and the lady blames it on me. She said “no honey you gotta pay attention to what you mark on the app. You didn’t mark no mayo” Yeah. I did. I even offered to show her my recent orders, where it says exactly everything we got, including no mayo. And she refused the offer, just because it proved me right.

If your system doesn’t show the “no mayo” when you mark it on the app, fix it, and don’t blame the customer?? It’s not MY fault. It’s YALLS.

I haven’t been to this Burger King since. McDonalds right across the bridge is SO much nicer and they don’t mess up orders every single time. If you’re reading this looking for some quick food, take the extra few minutes to go to McDonald’s on Hixon Pike. They have worse reviews for some reason but I have never had a problem there, and about 80-90% of the people working there are actually nice and good human beings, unlike this Burger King. I hope this Burger King loses enough business and shuts down, if they had a restaurant in hell, I think this Burger King specifically would...

28 Minutes for 8 small churro fries! I’m being extremely generous with 3 stars.

I waited for nearly 5 minutes before anybody even came to the front counter to take my order. There was no one in the lobby and there were two cars in the parking lot. I ordered a four piece churro fries and a vanilla shake. No shakes available at this time. Also no soft serve available. I was offered instead an Icee. However, no frozen Coke, only blue or red. I ended up just getting an 8 piece churro fries. That took about 22 minutes.

The lobby appeared to be clean. The bathroom also appeared to be clean but then again there was a bottle of bathroom cleaner, some type of chemical disinfectant spray, inside the bathroom stall. I guess if you want it clean you can clean it yourself. I just hope a child doesn’t go in there and play with the bathroom cleaner.

Of the three staff members that I saw there was a man running the front counter and drive-through who was the most courteous and pleasant of the three. Very nice guy. There was a thinner younger guy working food prep. I witnessed cross-contamination from old mayonnaise to new mayonnaise containers, handling food without gloves, Sagging pants and fairly slow. The third was a lady I wasn’t able to see very well who appeared to be running the deep fryer station. It appeared that every single order was delayed due to fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks or chicken fries. When the man who was running the front spoke to her about the machine her response was loud enough that at least those in line and some in the lobby could hear her argue and respond, “Well, I’ll just take my black @ss home!”

On another note, unrelated to their review, they did have big truck parking for about five trucks in the far back. However a pick up truck with a horse trailer drove through and after leaving the pick up truck left a couple piles of horse crap in the parking lot for the truck drivers to enjoy. This particular Burger King 👑 is one of the Most Busiest in Chattanooga. They are located in an industrial area. This includes several trucks 🚛, and loading docks. It also has several eating places in the area as well. These are a Krystal Restaurant, a motel for Railroad employees, along with another Restaurants. There is a Shell Convient Store 🏬, and a Racetrack Convient Store. They both sell gas ⛽.There is a Dr. Pepper Plant. There is an Arrow Exterminator Company. These are some of many. Last, but not least Chattanooga's own 911 Communication Center is right across the Street. The Chattanooga's Police 🚓,and Fire Department 🏬 🚒 Training Buildings are in the area. We appreciate them ! This is about Burger King 🍔 providing a service to all of these guys in the area. Shout out 🙌 Burger King Employees. 👍.Good looking out ! These workers have to eat. A lot them eat at Burger King 🍔. It's because of the Great Customer Service. I personally have had the pleasure of eating at this Burger King 👑. It's a clean cool 😎 restaurant. You will get some Great RB 🎵🎶, while you enjoy your food. You also have photos on the walls 🧱. These are Professional Legendary Musicians. It makes it a little different for a fast food restaurant. You can chill , and relax. Say What ! This is not your typical Burger King 🍔. Guess what ? They are the King in this area. They sell a lot of croissant with the delicious 😋 eggs , and cheese. You get your choice of sausage 🌭 or ham. Lunch time the Whopper is the king 👑. No need to ask Where's the Beef 🍖 ? You guys deserve a five stars ⭐. I love this 🤩. The Public love it as well.
