Subway — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Zero stars if it were possible. We tried to order food for our company from this place and the lady was disrespectful to us the whole time from the moment she answered the phone: impatient, cutting us off, making fun of us, and ended up screaming at us through the phone.

We wanted to see if it was possible to make a 24/hr in advance order for 50 people (100% percent understandable if they couldn’t, we knew we were asking a lot for some businesses to be able to produce). The lady who answered laughs out loud quite rudely into the phone, kind of like taunting, and yells to the manager next to her “they want an order for lunch tomorrow and for 50 people!” as if we were crazy for asking. Based on that off-putting interaction I was expecting her to say they couldn’t accommodate and that would have been totally fine. However she then asks me “Ok lady what you want?” To which I replied: “Oh, you can accommodate? That’s great! So, we aren’t picky, we need to keep it at $7 a person so whatever sandwiches that would-“ and was cut off by her screaming “OK BUT TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT!!!!!” What was astounding is she was talking to the female manager right next to her who saw no problem with it. I was in total shock, honestly the conversation felt like a verbal assault, and stunned I quietly began to say, “Actually, thank you but I don’t think we will be ordering-“ and was then cut off again by her cussing and screaming through the phone. I hung up immediately. My coworkers around me could hear it through the phone and looked over at my desk shocked as well.

Wow. It was an unbelievable experience I would never have someone with customer service skills so poor and an attitude that appalling working at my business. Sadly, we will not be using this store any longer and warning against fellow businesses from using them so no one else is forced to go through that. So I usually wouldn’t write reviews on fast food because it’s usually just teens who mess up sometimes but this place was awful, first off the ladies working there should not be working at a restaurant where hearing what people are asking them to put on is their job, they got my order so wrong because the lady was like half deaf, and they counted EVERYTHING they put on, they charged us for getting a full scoop of meat as they would usually only put half a scoop which didn’t even fill the whole sandwich, and then they only gave my dad three pieces of spinach… ONLY THREE, and charged him for any extra, they gave us like three pieces of pickle and charged us for any extra, and the ladies were so awkward and weird it made us so uncomfortable. This place was so great before those ladies started...

I rarely go to this location because they are so inconsistent with their quality and have subpar customer service, but sometimes it’s the closest, but I should’ve gone with my second thought for Burger King. My sandwich was made so sloppy and rushed. I was confused because there was no one after me. By him rushing, the veggies are crossed with of other veggies. Also, with the price of the sandwich, I expect more than a drizzle of toppings. Overall terrible. If you’re thinking of something else before them or after, go with that thought.

I had to remove all of the veggies because upon the first bite, it taste like the veggies were dirty or someone used their dirty hands to handle them. I couldn’t pinpoint the exact veggie so, I had to...
