Choo Choo BBQ — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Today was my first visit. I was told the Killer Potatoes are great so I ordered the Pork version. Was it “great”? YES, yes it was. The potato was baked to perfection, the pulled pork was wonderful and just as good, they didn’t ruin it with the toppings. By my book, it had just the right amounts of butter, sour cream, salt, pepper and cheese. Oh yes, I’ll certainly try another one soon. We also got the bone-in rib sandwich. Nothing at all wrong with this item either. But I wouldn’t get it again. You literally have to remove the bones and the cartilage from the meat before you can eat the sandwich. Therefore, I’d simply go for a pulled pork sandwich over the bone-in version. I work just around the corner and eat here any and every chance I get to. I love the food. I always and only get the rib plate. My last time going it was burnt and dry. Very much of it went in the trash but everyone has an off day or mistakes happen. I wasnt about to stop going to my favorite lunch spot! About 3 weeks later today, the same thing has happen. I can tell it was more than a day old as the bones in the burnt ribs were like a sponge and even a plastic fork would penetrate them. It's all burnt, dry, and like plastic. I am very saddened somewhere I would look forward to eating would do this not once, but twice to someone. I am going to miss...

Had a missing item in my order and the food was bland and gross. Barbecue sandwich was soggy and falling apart, corn bread was crumbling to pieces, Mac and cheese and potato salad had no flavor. Will not be recommending because it’s a waste of money based on the poor quality food you receive. Was also informed that if you order online that you additionally have to call them to let them know that you placed the order or your food won’t be ready which defeats the whole purpose of...
