Hardee’s — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I came to this Hardee’s at 8:30 on my way to school this morning. The line was not busy I get to the box and I ordered a coke a buiscuit and a smoked sausage and the girl who took the order( on my receipt says her name was Amy) had a VERY rude attitude and starts yelling “you want what now” and so I repeat the order and she says “ I got a buiscuit and a coke is that all you want” and I said and a smoke sausage so she says “ pull to the window” I hand her my card she snatches it and then hands me my card so I take my card and she says “ please do not take that from me “ and I said please act like you want to show up for work ! I mean I am a paying customer who is paying so she is able to get paid for working ! And she told me not to grab MY card? The manager was at the counter and never said a word I called there corporate and explained and the lady was very understanding and said something will be done about this and I really hope it does you cannot work at a place and treat people like that just bc you have to actually do WORK ! I will not go back to this...

I went through the drive through with my husband to grab a milkshake. Read online that they are hand scooped and my husband has very fond memories from his childhood and said they were extremely good. Today we ordered a Large strawberry and Large chocolate because the menu showed 3 sizes with 3 different prices. What we received was a small size and my strawberry shake was like strawberry milk. I understand that it’s 99 degrees but when it goes from the window to my ac and then I took 3 sips even tried to stir the whip cream into it but had no luck. Set it down and took video. I wasn’t given a receipt for this $5 small strawberry milk so I couldn’t request a refund or a replacement. This is horrible business to me but apparently I’m the only person left in the universe that misses good food, fast service and people who actually take pride in what they hand out. Just arrived in Chattanooga earlier today. Feeling hungry, haven't had Hardee's since we were young kids so we were pretty stoked! A girl began taking our order until she was rudely interrupted by a loud, older woman, yelling "NoooooooAAaaaaaaahhhhh!" I'm assuming, the manager? Poor Noah! He was rudely told to finish our order. Noah mumbled softly to us that it was his first day, with total humiliation on his face. We were patient. Both the manager and other co-worker continuously ridiculed this poor boy in front of us and other customers because he was confused and needed assistance. Instead, he received nothing but ignorance. I think this place needs to rethink who they put in charge or maybe make that loud, obnoxious lady stand by the register so we could ridicule her in public!? Sorry you have to deal with such pathetic people Noah! I suggest you find another job! F**ck...
