I ordered today 9/28 on the mobile app. When i arrived to the window i provided my order code when the young lady behind the speaker told me that they were unable to complete the order. When I pulled up to the window the employee had advised me that they were able to pull up the order but they are not able to give it to me or it was 'unable to complete' ( I never got any further explanation than that). Mind you the $$ was taken out of my account and the order was processed. I showed the young lady that information, with the order code and showing the details of the order but she kept saying that they were not able to provide me my order. I ordered a 10 piece nugget medium meal. I asked if they could make the order if it was something with THEIR system. The employee advised no with actually no solution or alternative.
Its not about the money but more of the principle. I had already placed an order, its not the fault of the customer that for some odd reason that was never explained with the countless back and forth that they couldn't provide me my food. I asked what should I do? The employee then said "I don't know. Go home?"
First of all, that is so rude to say lol Second of all its the error of MCDONALDS, I did my part. I placed the order, paid and provided the code and all the details. & I've worked in restaurants & customer service jobs so I get it that these things happen. It was a small order, would it really have been the biggest deal if you just made the order for me??
I asked for a manager, the young woman advised first that the manager isn't going to be able to do anything for me. Then I asked again and then she said that the manager wasn't there at the time. Then, an older woman came into the window and asked what the issue was in which I described the situation and again no explanation exactly as of WHY but still that I wasn't able to get my food.
I very recently lost my dog, and got into a car accident right before getting my food and the absolute last thing I wanted was to fight with someone over a $7 McDonalds order. Its not about the money, its the principle of the matter that I had placed the order and it was just talking to a wall with the only resolution being " GO HOME "
I never, NEVER complain to corporate or write reviews like this but this was just so mind boggling that there was no explanation or any additional information as of why they couldn't give me my order- or at the very least treat me with just a little bit of respect?
You never know the kind of day...

If you've ever doubted that fast food can be a life-changing experience, let the McDonald's on Highway 58 in Chattanooga prove you wrong. From the moment you step into this gleaming palace of golden arches, you're greeted with an energy so vibrant you'd think you walked into a five-star resort.
The staff? Absolute superstars. Their warm smiles and lightning-fast service make you feel like royalty. They don't just take your order—they deliver an unforgettable experience with unparalleled precision and care. My fries were hot, golden, and seasoned to perfection, as if each potato had been kissed by the French fry gods themselves.
The ambiance is pure perfection. Whether you're dining in or going through the drive-thru, you’ll notice how meticulously clean and inviting this place is. You can practically see your reflection in the countertops, and the bathrooms are spotless—yes, I said spotless, at a fast-food joint.
But let’s talk about the food. Oh, the food! My Big Mac was a masterpiece, with each layer perfectly aligned like a culinary work of art. The lettuce was crisp, the pickles popped with tangy goodness, and the sesame seed bun was as soft as a cloud. The burger was so good, it restored my faith in humanity. The McFlurry I ordered was creamy, dreamy perfection, with just the right amount of Oreo swirls to bring tears of joy to my eyes.
And the sweet tea? Pure Southern hospitality in a cup. Sweet enough to make your taste buds dance but balanced so well it could win awards.
The cherry on top? The team at this location goes above and beyond. I saw an employee bring extra napkins and condiments to a family with kids without them even asking. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deserves all the applause.
In conclusion, this McDonald's isn’t just a place to grab a bite; it’s a destination. A culinary landmark. A beacon of joy on Highway 58. If you haven’t been yet, what are you even doing with your life? Run, don’t walk, to this McDonald's, where dreams come true one Happy...
Read moreVery crowded and understaffed. Went inside as Drive Thru was backed up to the pumps. Went inside...line was long. Decided to attempt to order at the ordering kiosk. After several attempts another customer offered assistance. She too found it overwhelming. After 15 minutes I gave up. Got in line and finely spoke with a front counter employee. I attempted to order after telling the gentleman that the Kiosk was less then helpful. He said he had nothing to do with the Kiosk, so i began to order. He just stood there staring at me... doing and saying nothing. Finally I stopped and I asked the employee if he was awake and ready to take my order. I passes my hand back and forth in front of his face to see if he was awake and alert. Suddenly he braced his stance and struck an offensive pose. I backed off and said, " Perhaps we should take this exchange down a few notches". I stepped back from the front counter as did he. I ordered and paid for my food and stepped away. While waiting, I discovered all the napkin dispensers were empty and placed one on the "pick up" counter and told the manager. She responded they would be in my bag. My food was delivered completely wrong. I told the delivery Mgr. And she took my bag back and corrected my incorrect my breakfast sandwich. I had to go back to the front counter Again to get a straw as none were available at the beverage dispensing section. What's frustrating is that at time and for 10 years, I owned this particular McDonald's and seem to remember better service and better attitudes. As the owner I rarely ever missed a day of work and times when I didn't care for my customers. I gave them 2 stars because the food was was fresh and was finally prepared correctly. Finally, the Kiosk clearly says " assistance availble" I have yet to be in a McDonald's where there is a Lot and lobby person, or hostess, or anyone who can explain how your Kiosks work.
