Papa Johns Pizza continues to compete, and remain a solid pizza 🍕 food product. Thanks, in part to their Reorganizing. You didn't know ? They put Shaq in charge for a little while. The past is now the present. Moving on..This is great if you like pizza period. Life is Bigger than pizza. We can recover, and all get along 😄. The food is the fun delicious 😋.The social implications are even better. I think 🤔 the crust along is good by itself. In this case order the bread sticks, with dipping sauce. Okay 👌 you want more then order the Bacon Barbecue large pizza 🍕. The Supreme is my personal favorite delicious 😋.If you are really hungry order The New Yorker. It's Hugh omg ! These pizza wars are crazy 😧 all over the Scenic City 🌆. At the end of the day it makes our city more fun 🤪 to venture out. I could name some of their competitors. This is not about them. This is about Papa John's Pizza . They definitely can hold their own. One of my former schools 🏫 order a whole lot of their Pizzas. They were for a High School Basketball game 🏀. Guess what ? Those fans , and public almost finished them off before halftime. Say what ! They ended up ordering a lot more before the game was over whew 😅 ! The store in the 3900 block of Hixson Pike has always has problems with properly executing orders, but tonight their complete incompetence and absence of customer service left me ALMOST speechless, upset, and in disbelief. First, as usual, they screwed up our order and gave us the wrong pizza. Upon arriving home with it my husband noticed the mistake. It is Sunday evening and they close early so we called them to see what they could do. The "man" who picked up the phone barked, "THANK UOU FOR CALLING PAPA JOHNS. WE ARE CLOSED", and hung up on me. called back and began to tell him about the mix up only to be barked at and hung up on again. I called a third time and he threatened to call the police on us... for making a phone call after paying for food that we did not receive! Unbelievable! The level of rudeness, incompetence, and threatened misuse of police resources leaves me absolutely sure I will never do business with this ridiculous store again. It is run by a manager who is without basic human decency and the staff looks to be in middle school. Order from...

I ordered a pizza on 4/12/2024 at 9:38pm. When the pizza arrived at my house it wasn't what I ordered. I called to address the mistake. The guy, that answered the phone hung up on me. I then, packed the pizza up and took it back to the Papa John's that's a half mile away. Upon, arriving at the store. I asked the guy if he was the person that hung up on me. A woman interjected and said she was a general manager. And, that she would remake the pizza. I agreed. She then, told me to wait outside. I asked why and there's chairs inside. She then stated that either I wait outside or sit down. I told her I am fine where I am. She told me to sit down. I told her that I am grown, and you can't make me sit down. She stated this again. I told her to give me back my money. She said, not today. I said, why not. Her answer, I am calling the police. Which she did. The police arrived, I told them what happened. They went into the store and came out with my refund. This was totally ridiculous and unprofessional. How can you justify, your mistake by...
