Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chattanooga

First time visiting and ordered 2 items from this location...got blahzee and the beefy 5 LAYER burrito without the sour cream....i.didnt think till I received my order that wait some of their shredded lettuce would he great to add onto my burrito when I get home...well I ask a grunt worker if she could he so nice as to help me with a to-go ramican of some shredded lettuce she instantly replied "no" and walked non-chalantly and was serious... I.couldnt believe it honestly I said "wait are you serious " No reply I asked another employee I said " wait was she serious?" He said "yeah" I asked her again jus a little louder bc she was making food for the togo line... "Hey excuse me miss..........miss!! like are you really fireal about a little lettuce to-go I didn't get sour cream and it's a 5 layer burrito" Oh she was serious alright... I left so quickly because I didn't want to "make a scene more than I did already." Which was honestly nothing....yet. I.decided to go back over there to talk to a manager her name was Sally an by gawd she was THE WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER TRIED TO EXPLAIN WHY SOME FREE LETTUCE TOGO? NOT A WHOLE LOT AND SHE HAD THE AUDICITY TO TELL ME E FOOD IS THESE DAYS WHEN IVE WORKED IN FOOD FOR 5 YEARS OF MY LIFE AT LEAST. threaten to call the cops on me bc I said a curse word twice and it wasn't to be directed towards her they were 2 f words used as a verb and some other way adjective maybe? Honestly for 2 things to cost 5 bucks when they used to cost barely over 2 bucks. She said " Well when you ordered you should have made your request then....I tried telling her I never get taco bell and it's been forever since I ordered something from there. "Yes sir that'll be 75 cents for a pinch of lettuce when it could have been free if you were a perfect person!!!!" those weren't her words exactly it was definitely antagonistic I swear if I ever go in there and I see that sorry Sally excuse of a piss poor 54 year old girl MANAGER garbage 🗑 can 👧 I WILL DEFINITELY BE CUSSING HER OUT FOREAL NO DRAMATIC SILLY SIDEWAYS F BOMBS TO REPLACE A DIFFERENT WORD AND THEN I WILL LEAVE and ill be wishing she had more people ask for side orders of lettuce for no reason just so that she knows that she's...

I went through the drive thru for a Uber eats pickup because the lobby was closed, (Mind you the line was long because they were busy) and when I got to the speaker no one answered not even a "sorry give me one moment" etc. so I wait like 4-5 minutes at the speaker, I then decided to pull up to the window because the cars in front of me had already gotten their order except for the last one and I'm sitting there thinking maybe the system didn't pick up my scooter driving over the sensor. So I drove up to the window to be met by the cashier with a rude attitude stating I would have to drive back around and wait in the line again, even though she never once said anything through the speaker to inform me they were busy or that they needed a minute. And she did admit while I was at the window that she saw me on the camera... So she saw me on the camera waiting for someone to say something then gets an attitude when I drive up to the window? Make that makes sense. Needless to say I canceled the order and reported the business to Uber. This happens on 8/8/25 at...

What's happening guys, Taco Bell 🔔 has been happening for a long time. They have torn down all of their old buildings. They have remodeled with an awesome 👍 update to all of their building 🏫. Shout out 🤚 ! These restaurants are so convenient after a late night 🌃 out on the town, or sports games ⚽🏆 🏈 . They stay open 1-2 am in the morning. This can replace your veggies, and meat. 🍖. There were some speculation about the beef . Is it real ? You no longer have to ask ? Where's the Beef 🍖 😊 If you don't eat meat order the veggie burrito. These will be light on your stomach. You can order a veggie burrito, or chicken burrito supreme. This is a light meal , not overwhelming. You can get a healthy meal without spending a lot of 💰. The other good thing is the lines moves pretty fast ⏩. So if you are Hungary for some cheap healthy 🥒🥬 food good for you ✅ them out. Thanks for your upgrade 😀. You will thank them as well.
