McDonald's — Restaurant in Checotah

My inlaws came through this area a month back. 3 of the days they were here we got McDonald's breakfast from here. All. Three. Days. They. Messed. Up. The. Orders.

We recently went again, and they gave us food that wasn't fresh. It had been made earlier in the day to help with rushes they would get. I used to work fast food I know how it goes. That practice really needs to stop.

Instead of training your patty people on making food to store for the rush letting perfectly good food go gross, train them on being faster making the orders on the screen.

Fast food is a little too fast, I would love to sit in the drive through another 4 minutes if that means fresh food. Corporate mcD- stop trying to save a buck. Instead think of the customers first. I only eat at small intown diners. Way better all around. I'll gladly pay more for quality. Not stale nasty food, that's hours old from these kind of places. Ones that only care about money.

Oh and I make sure to make it to where people can't cut me off in the dual lane insanity. People get dumb when they get behind a wheel, and forget that the lines on the roads and parking lots are legal binding rules. Not suggestions. So if you try to go around me in these insane parking lots, you'll hit me for sure. And I'll get that sweet sweet insurance money laced with your tears. Hehe dash cam is...

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I was very displeased with this McDonald’s. If I could leave a 0 rating, I would. I only ordered a medium French vanilla cappuccino. It was served to us cold through the drive-thru. Normally my husband and I would let a small thing like this go and continue with the day. For $2.99 though and a very cold day, we wanted a hot drink to warm us up. We went back through the drive-thru and handed over our receipt with the coffee and explained our coffee was cold. The lady sternly asked us to pull ahead and wait. My husband and I were waiting a while when he finally decided to go in since the McDonald’s wasn’t busy and it shouldn’t have taken that long. The lady said she was sorry she forgot and gave my husband a cappuccino. This cappuccino was a SMALL when we ordered a MEDIUM and it was warm enough to drink but was not hot like it should have been. Since they threw our receipt out, my husband and I decided to just to drive away with the small cappuccino that was slightly warm and be thankful for what we got with a vow to make sure it is a LONG TIME before we go to...

This was by far the worse experience i have ever had at a McDonald's. My 11 year old daughter didn't even want to eat there. Only people inside were employees sitting and eating and they looked as if they rolled out of bed and came in. One boy kept scratching his face and hair and then went back to the register without washing his hands. The entire eating area was filthy. There was ketchup all over chairs and grease smears all over tables. We had to stand to eat. Flies were everywhere. We noticed a back door propped open and multiple pallets of food items stacked out side of it. It took 22 mins to get our food, and not one single person ever acknowledged our presence . Some young "manager" with a leg injury came rolling through on her scooter to tell employees to get back to work. They totally disregarded her and she never even noticed the condition on the tables. Just disgusting. I hope the owners go in and clean house. I will never stop there again. I wish there was a way to give them zero stars. It...
