If you're like us you may have found this on Google maps while traveling and felt a little suspicious, this listing is not the actual name of the business. Look up Watson's Meat Processing and Market for more information and reviews. If you're looking for an unassuming place to find delicious southern smoked meats and hospitality - this is the place. You can also buy meat and other deli and bakery type goods, but there is a reasonably priced menu with sandwiches, smothered Mac and cheese, smothered baked potatoes, meat plates with sides and more. You order at the counter and they bring your order out to your table really quickly. Meats include chicken, pulled pork, brisket, tri-tip, ribs and more. Three different bbq sauces. Several great sides. The young woman who helped us was like an old friend or a big sister. Would stop in again!

If you've found this place, you've found a true local treasure. They offer good barbecue in a local meat shop. The tri-tip is unique and is very good, as is anything on the menu. Side options include a jalapeño popper, a great choice. Prices are very reasonable, and they have daily lunch specials. Service is very friendly and food comes out quickly. Dining area is very comfortable and the restrooms are clean, they even smell like BBQ smoke!

Meat market/bbq restaurant. Husband and I tried many of the meats: tri-tip, pulled pork, chopped brisket, smoked bologna and all were really good! The sides were nothing special, coleslaw was bland and be aware that the jalapeño popper as a side is just one. We also got some breakfast sausage and bratwurst from the meat market side and those are great. Definitely a go-to again. You won't be disappointed.

Personalized service with a smile! Genuine, honest, respectful, personalable, listens intently with an intent to serve. The butcher personally came from behind the counter and showed me around to make sure I knew what was available. He picked out my meats for me based on what I was asking for and the young lady behind the register was absolutely amazing! She made to give me a discount on my order. I can't say enough good things about the staff here. I will definitely be shopping here...

Ate at Watson’s for lunch for the first time last weekend. My food was good but I wish they had better side options…would be better if they added something like French fries. Also, they don’t have a kids’ menu. We always have lots of little kids with us that won’t eat anything except chicken strips, corn dogs, or Kraft Mac and cheese. Unfortunately, Watson’s didn’t have any of these options. We probably won’t be back unless they add more kid friendly options...
