Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chelmsford

Absolutely the worst dunkin donuts ever! Service is horrible and they always make the orders wrong. I'm not a picky person and I never leave reviews but this location is the worst. It's so bad it almost has to be on purpose. The Dunkin Donuts corporate should be ashamed that this location represents thir brand.

They mess up the most simple of orders for example 2 plain donuts .... I got 2 glazed

Coffee with caramel and cream .... coffee with just cream

Medium hot coffee ..... get a medium ice coffee

Just got 2 coffees and they are sour as if the cream in them is bad. It's very frustrating.

Best chance at any decent service at this location is through the drive through. If you go inside.... just forget about it.

Update: went there this morning .... ordered a great one .... got a large. Ordered a med hot caramel swirl with cream.... the girl says soooo you want one pump of caramel??? Ummm I don't know .... that's why you make the coffee and I...

This Dunkin donuts is the absolute worst I have ever been to. Takes 3-5 minutes for them to get to you weather your in the drive through or inside (even if your the only person there) . They ALWAYS Burn food and there coffee making skills are terrible! I really wish it wasn't so convenient for me. When I'm not in a rush I would much rather wait the 3-5 minutes in line at drum hill than sit being ignored by chatty girls on there phones (who might I add are extremely rude)!
