Bojangles — Restaurant in Chelsea

Really disappointing.. we hardly go to Bojangles. But my fiancee was craving pintos from there so we went thru the drive thru tonight. We ordered a super tailgate chicken meal and an extra side of mashed potatoes. I asked for some pimento cheese dip to go with my order.. anyway.. they had no customers this was at 9pm. .. They pulled us up out of the drive thru to wait (which I understand it was a 37 dollar order..) First off the lady came out and said they didn't have any pintos.. would we like a different side.. well I said that's why we came here why did you take our order if yall didnt have any? She said they were short on staff. I said ok we will take an additional mac n cheese ... she walked away but came back and said that wasnt one if our options.. ok.. yall dont have something we already ordered and paid for... yet we cant replace the side with mac n cheese? Wow! So then we waited 20 more minutes they brought us our order and we left ... we went to go sit at the walmart parking lot and eat just to not have to go home... got the food out and the pimento cheese was not in there(not too big of deal) but there was NO napkins or forks? How we suppose to eat this? So frustrated by all this I drive back there and the guy seen me in the window but wouldnt come to the window .. additionally the manager seen me too ... they made a different employee come to the window and ask what I needed.. i said can i please have some napkins 2 forks and pimento cheese sauce .... needless to say I will not be returning to this particular location. The workers are irresponsible and so is the manager that was on duty... what a waste of 37 dollars.. WOW! .. not to take it further but the tea was sour .. not sure how or why when its sealed in the 1/2 gallon jug. . Very...

I recently had my first opportunity to go inside this Bojangles location, and let me tell you—it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I ordered a chicken biscuit, and it was everything I hoped for—perfectly golden biscuit, tender chicken, and just the right amount of seasoning. It was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed to start my day. The food here is made with care, and it shows in every bite.

What truly made this experience special was the incredible staff. They were so kind, polite, and eager to make my first visit memorable. From the friendly smiles to their genuine efforts to make sure I had everything I needed, the service was impeccable. It’s rare to find a place where the team takes such pride in their work, and it made my visit feel so much more personal.

I wholeheartedly recommend Bojangles to everyone, whether you’re craving a hearty breakfast or just looking for a great place to eat. I can’t wait to return and try even more of their menu. This location definitely earned a spot as one of my favorites! Five stars...

The drive thru lady was very rude. Seemed overall unhappy to be there. I asked her if she could fill my Bo rounds closer to the top because my family was sharing them. She informs me that they can only put 10 borounds in the family pack of bo-rounds that costs over $5 including tax. I said okay… when I got home, my husbands gravy biscuit only had one tiny piece of sausage in it. I paid for a side of sausage to go with his gravy biscuit. They didn’t even put that in our bag. So we had to cook meat for him to have with his gravy biscuit at home. We each had 2 Bo rounds. It’s sad the way customer service is at some of these fast food places. But I’ve always loved coming here and had never had an issue until this Sunday morning 7/06/25. After waking up with our refrigerator on 72 degrees and most likely already have to throw all of our food that we had just bought away, this was a very unpleasant experience with Bojangles today!
