Jan 2024: Another wonderful dining experience at the sushi bar. I did, apparently, spell Anang's name correctly and it was a pleasure to see him again. My wife and I received a proffered special (salmon with cucumber and spicy mayo). I'm NOT a huge fan of raw salmon but, with the cucumber and spicy mayo it was delectable, absolutely delicious.

I let Anang provide a suggestion for one of the rolls (he suggested the dancing dragon roll) and I ordered the trusty spicy yellowtail roll to accompany it. We also got gyoza to split and my wife ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi.

As before, the portions and quality of the food made it a very good value. It's not cheap or even inexpensive however, it's worth every penny! Amazing experience WELL worth the price of admission.

Dec 2023: My wife and I sat at the sushi bar while Anang and Mardi (I'm sure I've spelled those incorrectly) were making sushi. They were easy to speak to and we chatted when they weren't busy.

We were seated immediately and our drink order was taken soon thereafter. It took a little long for our order to be taken, not obscenely long, just a little longer than I thought normal (probably appropriate for the number of customers).

We each ordered the chicken hibachi and a roll, one Alabama roll and one spicy yellowtail roll.

The food was amazing!

The soup and salada came out almost instantaneously. The soup was good and the salad with ginger dressing want bad at all (the ginger salad has a distinct sweet flavor, unique from any other I've had).

Mardi (sp) proffered us a pair of salmon (belly) nigiri. I am NOT a fan of uncooked salmon in general but I understand the customs of the sushi bar and was going to eat it anyways. I am glad I did. It was delicious. The spicy yellowtail roll came out first and looked awesome, followed shortly by the Alabama roll and the chicken hibachi. The Alabama roll was hot and fresh as was the spicy yellowtail roll. The chicken was expertly cooked, not dry or chewy at all. The noodles were flavorful and the fried rice was light and airy. My wife often passes on her vegetables but ate almost all of them.

Will...

I’ve been waiting for saisaki to open and we went for our first time today. It is our new favorite Japanese hibachi restaurant. The salad dressing is creamy not gritty and a hint of ginger. The soup was good and I love the big plastic spoons for it. The fried rice was good and smoky like I like. I tried my wife’s noodles and they were the best I’ve had. Not too sweet. I got filet and shrimp. The shrimp were big and fresh. The filet was good. I dieted rate because the usually cook it too much and it was over some. The vegetables were great as well. I love ginger sauce for dipping , yum yum is good but too sweet for my taste. They have teriyaki dipping sauce over never seen at the other Japanese places and it’s a little thicker and sweeter just how I like the glaze on my shrimp. Rich eats was our cook but Charlie saw me come in and say high. We used to ask for home at Kobe’s. 15 or 20 years ago. He is an amazing cook. I can’t wait to go back. Friendly staff. It was 12 noon on a Saturday and they didn’t make us wait until someone else came in. We got to eat by ourselves. I’m so happy they are open close to me. We went again tonight 8-28-23 and it’s was perfect again. The portion sizes are better than anywhere else. The vegetables have an equal amount of everything , not all one thing. The shrimp are huge 2 biters I call them. The filet is good quality meat. Charlie was our cook. I asked for him. He gives an...

A solid 3.8/5 My husband and I love the tabletop dining option for privacy. A good quick place to get Japanese. Love the lunch menu and pricing. Sushi and hibachi.

Saisaki blends fresh sushi, sizzling hibachi, and a modern, relaxing vibe into one memorable dining experience. Whether you’re in the mood for artfully rolled sushi or a hibachi show with fire and flair, they deliver on both fronts.

The sushi rolls are beautifully presented and packed with flavor — fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and just the right balance of texture and creativity. The Volcano Roll and Crunchy Shrimp Roll are fan favorites for a reason.

Love the lunch bento boxes!!!

If you’re at the hibachi grill, expect a fun, interactive meal with generous portions, tender steak or chicken, and veggies grilled to perfection. The fried rice is buttery and flavorful, and the yum yum sauce is a must on everything.

Service is fast and friendly, and the ambiance is a nice mix of upscale and casual. Great for a night out, a date, or just treating yourself.
