Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Chelsea

TLDR; the drinks, food, and service are top quality! The mobile app is easy to use and offers rewards. The drive-thru line moves fast. Employees are friendly and professional. Food/Drink options are reasonably priced. Scooter’s is located off of HWY 280 in Chelsea, directly beside Arby’s— on the left.

Found out about Scooter’s from their card that came in the mail. I normally don’t even bother looking at those things, but they must really know how to pull customers in, because it even grabbed MY attention, and I usually have the attention span of (probably worse than) a goldfish so... Anyway, I pulled up the app from the quick-scan code on the card and put in a mobile order— which was easier and more user-friendly than the popular chain that’s machine or app is notoriously broken half the time. With mobile order, you also earn rewards.

Everything tastes amazing! I got a raspberry mocha and a SCOOOT! energy infused drink in the coconut flavor, and they were both sooooo delicious, I just really cannot get over it. They offer hot and cold drinks as well as breakfast and baked-goods food items. The employees are doing a phenomenal job keeping up with the flood of customers and had excellent customer service skills. I normally don’t even care enough to leave reviews either, but it was just SO good, I feel guilty not leaving one. This place absolutely exceeded my already high expectations, and I 100% will be returning for more.

BTW, depending on what GPS you use, it might not take you to the exact location (and sometimes it is months before it gets fixed), so I will leave some extra directions here for anyone that gets easily confused/lost (like me, haha.) It is located directly to the left of Arby’s in Chelsea, off...

Staff was super helpful and positive, I got a custom cold brew with espresso, almond milk, and a couple flavor shots. Usually that is perfect for me. The cold brew just wasn’t great, seemed like the flavor overtook the coffee flavor itsself. The caffeine is nice which I was wanting.

What shocked me the most was the total being $15.

Not sure if there was a mistake or if tip is taken without permission but I don’t feel confident I can come back and keep paying that price for one coffee. Especially for a coffee that was a lower standard than one made at home. Love the staff and atmosphere but I can’t pay that every time I...

First time at a Scooters and we were blown away. These are drive-through only, fyi. Mid-afternoon on a Saturday there was no line, but even then our order was ready incredibly fast. Both the person taking our order and the person working the window were unfailingly cheerful and helpful.
