7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Chelsea

Jacob at 7Brew didn’t just make my coffee — he saved my life, saved my car, and gave me a Porsche.

I pulled into the drive-thru expecting nothing more than my usual iced blondie. But fate had other plans. Moments after Jacob handed me my drink — which was heaven in a cup — my car burst into flames. Literal fire. People screamed. Whipped cream flew. It was chaos.

But not for Jacob.

With one hand, he cradled my drink like it was the Holy Grail. With the other, he leapt from the window, somersaulted across the parking lot, and extinguished the fire like some kind of caffeinated action hero. I swear the flames bowed in respect. And then — as if that weren’t enough — he said, “Don’t worry. We’ve got you.” Minutes later, a brand-new Porsche rolled up. “Courtesy of 7Brew,” he said with a wink. My jaw is still on the asphalt.

Jacob, you’re not just an employee. You are the main character of life. If you’re not running this place in a cape by next week, it’s a crime.

I have been here multiple times since opening and tonight 7/25/25, was very disappointing. I pulled up the website to check what time they were supposed to close. The website says 11pm. I pulled in at 10:04 PM and another car was beside me starting their order and a car was behind me. The blonde approached my truck and leaned in my window to tell me that they were closing (keep in mind it is 10:04 PM not 11). She did not take my order just said “sorry” . A Brunette walked up and asked “are we closing?” to which the girl said “yeah” and I responded “ The website says 11” and was ignored. The car behind me was ordering when I went to pull out, and when I made the U-turn at the light the cars were still in the drive-through waiting for their drinks, but I was not served. This is an issue because my Family and I...

This place was the absolute bomb when it first opened. I would rate it a 5 until this last month and a half or so, now it is around a 2.5-3 star. I always told people that Starbucks would never make it with them around. Well several months later and I don't know if they got a new manager that cuts corners to make product go further to make bigger bonuses or what happened. Their drinks as far as flavor has went way down hill. It is sad but I have gotten to where I would rather go to Starbucks now just because their drinks taste better. I loved 7 Brew and the staff are so personable that they have working there. I hope whatever happened gets fixed extremely quick because I don't like...
