China King — Restaurant in Cheraw

I’m going to start off on a good note, service was definitely A1. They had a young man and a lady working the front (the lady was cooking but helping with the front on a need to basis, it was slow so she was standing with him so to say) very nice and friendly and I’ll even add very helpful! I was on my way home after driving 7 hours, hungry and tired so their attitudes definitely was refreshing, but the food was absolutely tasteless. It’s almost as if it was watered down so bad it had NO TASTE… when I opened it, I was red flagged bc I never had soupy general tso chicken. It was more soupy water than chicken. I was highly upset. This place has horrible customer service. My husband placed an order for my son. My son left to go get it, and his car broke down. My husband went to help him which put him late picking up his order. When she called I let her know he had car trouble and was on the way. She called me back to back, numerous times, and was flat out rude all times. Would not even hush long enough for me to get my words out. I guess she thought no one was picking up the order, but I assured her he was on the way he just had car trouble. Will never do business with them again, and she definitely does not need to be working...

Atmosphere is a hole in a wall, which you think would be a super delicious place for GREAT Chinese cuisine. No! Food was HORRIBLE omg! and even worst, they failed to mention it was cash only when calling in to order. I’m not from here so I had to google an ATM. Like why not tell your customer cash only first?? Now the food is cold because I hunted down an ATM. Also, the prices are double based on what’s on yelp. Overpriced, CASH ONLY, horrible service, and nasty food....
