Subway — Restaurant in Cherokee

Staff is friendly until you ask them to change out their gloves for clean ones. Me and my husband are strict vegetarians. And we like eating at Subway because of the veggie options they provide. But when you go to order and the same staff was just super friendly with other customers, become aggitated at me for asking them to change their gloves. I explain to them that we are vegetarians and would like to have clean gloves and a clean knife to cut our sandwiches, because I can physically see a piece of chicken on the gloved hand. Even after explaining and apologizing for having them do extra work they both seemed pissed that I asked at all, and became rude from that moment on. I did not think my request for clean gloves would have that reaction. I mean, they should change them out periodically anyway. I will not return to this Subway because the staff is incompetent, and rude. I love Subway food. This establishment however, I will not be returning to. Giving 2 stars because the food is good. Lost 3 stars because...

I recently moved and stated frequenting the Subway in Cherokee, Alabama, as it is on my route. I have been eating at this restaurant two to three times per week! Today is my LAST visit. I do not appreciate having the employee put two customers who came in AFTER me, ahead of me. She obviously was in a hurry to get them served while making me wait. The final straw was her putting my salad and cup at the register counter, me waiting to pay, and she leaves to go finish the other sandwiches!!! I am just standing there, holding my drink and card waiting to PAY! I'm done. ...

The Territory manager of this Subway should be fired they have not been able to accept cards for over 2 weeks and people that run companies and use company cards can't eat here because they are too lazy to fix their Internet issues to accept cards for payments.
