i have had a few negative experiences here. go somewhere else, trust me.
today, i ordered a coffee with liquid sugar and a flavor pump. i did not in anyway state that i wanted cream in my coffee. my coffee was so pale, they added a lot of cream. i can not drink dairy products, which is why i didnāt order any or ask for it to be in my coffee. i had to throw it away a $4 cup of coffee and they couldnāt take the time to remake my coffee the way i asked or refund me. the other customers in the restaurant had their orders messed up as well. it seems to be a staff issue and not a simple mistake.
i would like to add that, i have had ingredients swapped or added to my mobile orders. iām not upset when itās regular sugar instead of liquid sugar, i understand that they might not have it in stock. they have added cream to black coffee, they have added syrups. iām sure that iāve received the completely wrong drink at one point.
thereās a 75% chance that the workers will put your donut into the bag frosting side down so it stick to the bag. it happened today, and with the last few donuts i ordered. i will no longer buy donuts from this location, itās not worth losing all the frosting because the staff can not take the time to properly package your food. they are also pretty good at forgetting cream cheese on bagels and overall skimpy with toppings.
i am allergic to cinnamon. i asked the manager how to order a pumpkin drink so thereās no cinnamon in it. i informed the staff before and after i ordered the coffee that i am allergic to cinnamon, that i wanted the pumpkin syrup only. i read the order exactly as the manager wrote it. the staff still put cinnamon on top of the drink and i had an allergic reaction just smelling the coffee. the manager then refused to refund me or remake the drink, and claimed i did not inform the staff of my allergy. the manager sided with her staff and not the customer they gave an allergic to, what more can i say. in case anyone at this location is reading. the solution is to focus more on customer service.
the staff needs to learn, itās okay to take an extra 30 seconds to ask ādid you want cream in that?ā or to make sure a donut is facing up. the staff should know what ingredients are in their products (for example, thereās cinnamon in the cinnamon sugar topping.) i can understand that there are some allergies are that uncommon, but the staff should still take the same precautions as they would for a peanut allergy. i hope you have...

My husband was employed by Dunkin and she instructed him to put old spoiled milk in the drink machine. She talks to her employees how she seeās fit. And i definitely think that this place is in need of a health inspection. Because the last one COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE CORRECT. IVE SEEN THIS STORES CONDITIONS MANY TIMES AND ITS DISGUSTING! CHECK YOUR BAGS before you leave. I always order online on my app & EVERY SINGLE TIME (not over-exaggerating) we went to pick our order up, some items were missing. My husband had to drive back 3 times to get the missing items & he refuses to go anymore. Now, I have to go with my app to check if everything is there. And of course, some of the order is ALWAYS missing. Its a problem with their printer but management needs to find a solution!
