I wish I could give it a negative review. Not for the chocolate covered strawberries, because those are delicious, but for the customer service we experienced today. There were three young girls working the register who were very rude and immature. They need to get more training on how to handle consumers and not treat it as if they are in high school during work hours.
I see you do not allow for people to respond to your comments back. But there was also a prior post 2 weeks ago stating how your employees are rude. This is my last time responding. But what someone else does has nothing to do with me. So you didn’t have to mention a kick or anything because I was sitting down, so again what does that have to do with me? And I never came back up and purchased anything, my sister did, because I didn’t want to give you my service. When I told the girl I had the same cup for $3.50 she proceeded, loudly, I talk with her co-workers stating how I had it wrong when she was not working the time prior when I visited. When I cane in the first time, there was a mid-aged Caucasian guy who informed the cashier to charge me $3.50 and we actually bought two for that price the first time. All you had to do was acknowledge that it may have happened but that wasn’t the correct price. Instead of them making me seem like I was wrong for what I previously experienced. And, when my sister informed the one mixed cashier how she wanted her order, the cashier went off to the side of the register to talk about my sister as if I wasn’t also standing there to see her. This is when we all felt disrespected, or did you not also see that on your camera? And, when we were leaving, they said good bye to the two women before us and not us. The whole experience is what caused us to act accordingly. But hopefully your business doesn’t suffer from immature teens and obviously a boss who wants to blame the customer. Again, a mistake, or on purpose kicking, has nothing to do with me. If I had done it I would’ve taken accountability, I am my own person and I am writing about my experience. You can have your employee write about her experience if you would like. Also, how can you tell if it was intentional or not? Or are you just trying to defend your employee. When your employee walked pass my sister, she had her back towards your employee, so how can you assume something is intentional? Again, am sure you’ll strive because food is a great avenue, I won’t wish any ill will towards your business. But again, my attitude towards your employees occurred after the little snickers and...
Read moreToday was my third time at this establishment since finding them on Google. The first two times were very enjoyable. Today however was rather disappointing, and a bit alarming to say the least. I spent $42, and my sister spent $15. Unfortunately after spending our money, we watched a male worker cut stems off a large batch of Strawberries with one glove on the hand holding the knife, but the hand holding the strawberries was not gloved. He took an order, touched the register, money, receipt, pen, and proceeded to stand at the strawberries and dig and rub in his eyes with his fingers for a minute or so, wipe his hands on his pants, and pick up the cup to make the Dubai Strawberry cups. I politely walked over, and asked him to remove his one glove, and put fresh new gloves on both hands. He put ONE glove on his unwashed hands, instead of washing his hands and putting on two gloves, and prepared our food. Also my daughter’s Egg, and Bacon Croissant had an egg shell in it. Lastly, we watched another male employee put his bare hand in a jar, and hand another customer a chocolate bar. Again no gloves. Oh, one more thing! The place wasn’t that busy, yet no workers were cleaning off the tables. Although this place has potential, because the items are tasty, overall it is not worth the risk of whatever germs you, and your family may consume from the lack of proper food handling, and preparation. Maybe take a Food Handlers Class or additional training. At the price point of this establishment, customers should be able to eat at ease, and not worry about food contamination!… Also I’d like to note that this crew barely put any Chocolate in the two Dubai Strawberry cups. Halfway through my sister, and I found ourselves scraping the sides of the cup to cover plain Strawberries, and what Chocolate we did have hardened within a minute or two, and we ate in. Almost like it wasn’t heated enough. Definitely different from the first two visits with different...
Read moreHad a really good experience the first time my girlfriend and I came here two weeks ago. We got a Dubai strawberry from seeing it on TikTok along with the BLT and Piña colada crepes. Everything was top notch amazing. Literally the best crepes I have ever had perfect texture and lots of filling I was seriously impressed. The owner was working that day I feel is important to mention.
Went again yesterday and got 2 Dubai strawberries with a GOAT and a chicken alfredo crepes. The strawberries were really good but literally only had two strawberries per cup and apparently the price went up by $5 which is kinda crazy to me so like $14 a pop for some chocolate covered strawberries essentially but TikTok ya know. The GOAT crepe was terrible literally a single slice of ham lunch meat with a tiny drizzle of honey and a pinch of goat cheese most crepe which was soggy. The chicken one was ok not terrible very skimpy with an odd aftertaste.
So we spent $60 which is fine if the food is good but when we checked out the girl at the register quickly tapped the screen lightning fast before I could respond when I paid with the card bypassing the tip so I thought Nay nay Checked my bank account today $70 apparently she had given herself a tip without my authorization so basically stole money from me…cool. Like I marked out the tip portion on the receipt so that’s pretty messed up. I prefer doing cash tips so the workers actually get them, had I known she had done that I wouldn’t have put money in the tip jar. So $80 for 2 sub-standard crepes and 2 Dubai strawberries which were good just not as good as the first time though. I would recommend coming when the owner is working and paying with cash granted I won’t be back it’s worth trying once or just look up the recipe online it’s not hard to find the ingredients and do it yourself for far less I suppose that’s...
