Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cheshire

I came into this Dunkin at 8:20am. Two of the work employees was racially profiling me today. They greeted every none colored person with “Hi how are you” but when I went to the register with two young kids we were not greeted and gave me attitude when my child was ordering and said to a minor with a disability “ can you hurry up I have a line of people” eager to take the none colored customers instead. Me confronted the two staff members resulted them toeing a bag of donuts at myself. They should not be working in customer service and the colored members of Cheshire should be aware of these two. I am in the middle of getting results for these two individuals actions. Not only did the cameras in this establishment capture everything my child had it on video as well. i know that dunkin is infamous for its inconsistency, but this was probably the worst coffee i’ve ever had- not just from dunkin, but in general. i ordered an iced caramel latte and i kid you not it literally tasted like somebody dumped a pack of cigarettes in it. i’m sure it was just incredibly burnt, but the taste was so overwhelming i could only have a few sips before i had to toss it. usually when my coffee is burnt i can power through it, but this time it was intolerable. i was also the only person in line but still had to wait a good four or five minutes before somebody came to the counter to take my order. i wasn’t bothered by this, but if i was in a rush i probably would’ve been pretty annoyed. so basically i would say just drive a few extra minutes to a different dunkin location so you can...

I want to start off saying this Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst ever. The workers are disgusting disrespectful I went there for a coffee to start my morning and ended up getting disrespected by supposedly the manager of this store Which her name is NASSIMA )I would not be spending my hard earning money in this place again me as a customer We deserve better customer service unfortunately, I have to give this placed a one star to post this if it was up to me, you wouldn’t be getting no stars Dunkin’ Donuts let’s do better.
