Kim's Crab House — Restaurant in Chester

Okay, considering Chester seafood spots are extremely limited I'll be generous & give Kim's 3 stars. Service is okay. There are no menus to order from. This was my 3rd time eating here & again I'm not impressed. My food was over priced as is everything in the store. I'm attaching some pics of my last purchase looks are deceiving; there was a large amount of margine NOT butter in the bottom of the platter.. There was no flavor to the crabs or shrimp. Customer Service is beyond pivotal! The man that makes the crabs is beyond rude. For my first time there, I wanted to see what I was purchasing. In his words, "this your first time here & you now know I'm the A$$hole.". I noticed the volume was extremely heavy which aligns w/him not caring about my order. They place everyone order on the floor once done. I typically travel to NJ for my live crabs yet the day I was craving, they were the only store that had them. The owner is sooooo rude. He hangs up on you and randomly refuses phone orders.

They don’t stick to their business hours. Sometimes they’re open & sometimes they’re not.
