Bigg's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

Was planning on going to Brads Bad BBQ and saw this place and decided to try something new.

First of all the DJ had a good selection of music, but it was simply too loud and to be honest I don't think anyone in the bar really cared if he was there or where listening to music from the juke box. Me and my friend almost walked out before we even placed our order because the music was too loud.

So we ordered burgers, ribs, fries, cheese sticks and onion rings

#1 Thank God they had Coke, instead of crappy Pepsi like most establishments try to pass off these days as a soft drink.

#2 The cheese sticks where good and cooked right.

#3 The beer battered onion rings looked good, but I couldn't taste the beer flavor and they left a spicy taste in my mouth. Was so hoping they tasted as good as they looked. Probably will not order again.

#4 Didn't eat the French fries, even though they looked good. Filled up on cheese sticks and ribs instead.

#5 Didn't eat the burger either. Only ordered it because it was $3 and wanted to have it in case the ribs sucked and didn't want to have to wait 15 minutes to order more food later.

#5 Thr ribs where actually great! I was very surprised because most places will put up a sign saying best ribs in town, but fail to deliver. This place actually got the most important item right!

The service really has a lot to be desired.

It took forever to serve our food. I would have expected appetizers to come first, but it was served with the rest of our food.

I had to ask for a refill on my pop. The waitress should check on this regularly and not once did she do this. My meal is not enjoyable if I'm eating ice, because I have nothing left to drink.

It took forever to get the check, and it took forever for her to come back with my change.

Besides that, it's worth coming here for thr ribs.

My husband I were hungry and found this place on a whim and decided to try it. Expectations were not high because we’ve been let down at the last several restaurants due to service and quality. We went at 5pm on a Sunday and the bar had about 3 people sitting and one another couple in the dining area. The waitress greeted us at the door and told us to sit where we’d like. She came to take our order for drinks almost immediately and they were delivered to our table within a minute. She recommended a few items. We decided on the Tatum Taco fries and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The fries were seasoned perfectly, just the right crunch and the best explosion of flavor with the tomato, onion, ground beef, and cheese. The boneless wings are all made in house with fresh, not frozen chicken, sauces were also made in house as well as the ranch. They were incredible to say the least. We got the bourbon bbq chicken and apple smoked chicken. We couldn’t even decide which was better. We will 100% be back to try more food items. Very pleased with the clean and friendly atmosphere, great food, quick and attentive service, and the phenomenal prices too!

Prices are good and they have a cheap lunch deal and the food isn't bad at all. The biggest issue is going there for entertainment especially Karaoke. The Karaoke DJ has the Mics turned down sooo much and the music is so loud you cant hear anyone sing. Yes that is a weekly occurrence. Every time I am there he doesn't have common songs or he puts the wrong song on and says "well this one is rated the best" yeah but it isnt the right song bro bro.

The most recent instance was last weekend, I asked to sing Frank Sinatra Fry Me to the Moon and he put on Come Fly With Me. I tell him it is the wrong song and he says "its the best rated, there is one sped up do you want that one" Like seriously? My wife is a great singer and has won multiple Karaoke competitions but every time we go there the feedback on the Mics are soooo bad or you have to strain to hear the vocals over the music.

In the end if you want good cheap food or drinks this is your spot, but if you want a night out for entertainment or Karaoke definitely go else where... If you don't believe me and go find out for yourself. It is obviously the regulars will have a bias opinion and that shows in the...
