We were driving by and seen the sign so we decided to try. They are only open on Fridays at this time so it was a happy accident. My husband and I ordered the platter pit master to split. It was a good portion of food. Chicken wings- great smoke flavor and tender, got them naked with sauce on the side. Ribs- great smoke ring and flavor, tender cooked wonderful. Brisket- fall apart tender great smoke flavor. Pulled pork- a little dry and lacked seasoning. Mac and cheese- nothing to write home about flavor wise. Corn bread- taste was great but very crumbling. Clean space, and nice smokey smells as soon as you walk in, like someone just got a bonfire going. We bought 2 platters. The brisket was amazing, the ghost pepper sausage was fire, and those ribs fell off the bone. I'm a huge stickler about ribs, and those are some of the best I've had in a while. The fat on them melts in your mouth. Will be coming back for more soon. Shout out to Tim for being a really nice guy and having great customer service. We ordered pulled pork and not really understanding the menu did not order the sandwiches. When we inquired about the bun we were basically scolded and told it would be $2 for 2 buns. Upon eating our meal, a large portion of it was fat. The pork itself was good but it was irritating trying to pick out the large portions of fat. Very disappointed with the service and the food. ...
