Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cheswold

I'm not a big fan of self-checkout by any means. No customer service I had to place an order through a self-checkout station cannot pay with cash through these so you have to wait till an employee comes up to the counter to actually make the payment that being said I stood there for 10 minutes several people notice me it took me tapping my ring on the counter making some noise before somebody actually came up to take my payment I had their new Big Cheese it Crunchwrap although it tasted good about 45 minutes to an hour later I was sick the Crunchwrap Supreme is one of my favorite items from Taco Bell I don't eat there very often and it'll be probably a very long time before I return to another one unfortunately I did not rate the atmosphere because I did not eat inside I purchase...

This location is new, and it's a hot mess. They have two drive thru lanes, but one always seems to be blocked with a cone. The staff is robotic at best. We have picked up food several times, and they don't say anything other than stating the amount. They need to go back and learn the ratio of sauce that should be put in each item. There has been so much sauce on every item that we couldn't eat them without wiping some off. They also need to ensure that every ingredient is listed in the online app. You can customize in the app, but several times, we have ordered items, and when we get them, there is a sauce that wasn't listed. The customer service here was horrendous! Not a hello or thank you! I told them I placed an order online. They told me to literally drive all the way back around and come back again which made no sense. They said they hadn’t received my order yet. When I told her no one was behind me or around. I get up to the window they hand me my drink, which is completely filled with ice to the top. I couldn’t even get the straw in. She kept closing the window on me when I was trying to ask for sauce and when I needed to ask for my receipt. I told her to have a lovely day and she said OK while closing the window on me very unfriendly and rude environment. I will not be back to this location.
