Arby's — Restaurant in Cheyenne

Let's start with the helpful info you guys are looking for: the posted hours are 9 pm weekdays and 10pm weekends however they very rarely are open past 8 pm during the week and 9 pm Friday-Saturday (maybe Sunday too but I'm not sure) as they're understaffed so don't get upset when you go there and they're closed... always call and verify as one time they closed at 7 due to staffing issue. Otherwise the kids that work here are pleasant and kind and they get you in and out fairly quickly.

Useless personal inclusion: I come here more often than I'm willing to admit. I became obsessed with the orange cream shake over the summer and continued to visit until they discontinued that summer flavor 😭 I was so devastated that I didn't have a shake for a few days! The food was good. The people were friendly. However, their sweet tea had gone rancid. I spoke to the person at the counter about it. She seemingly told another associate. That person shrugged her shoulders and went on about her business. I sat in the restaurant for about a half hour and no one even checked the tea. I mentioned it to the person sweeping and he found someone to speak to about it. It was the same person that shrugged her shoulders. Rather than checking the tea, she came out to confront me. I'm surprised I'm writing an Arby's review again. Wish it was a good one. I've stayed strong in my conviction to not eat at Arby's for months since the last three meals I purchased from them were incorrect. But, unfortunately, the call of the meat sweats was too strong today. I wanted two, thick, juicy, sodium and carbohydrate filled bacon, beef and cheddar sammiches. Who wouldn't?
