My sister went in today to get an iced matcha, granted she said "large" but if I was a half brained employee I would probably equate that to a venti right? They gave her a grande which is small as hell, simple misunderstanding, she could've had it remade, but didnt want to say anything, whatever. I went about 30 minutes after her, ordered "two VENTI iced matcha lattes" triple checked to make sure I said VENTI because she already got the wrong size. Got to the window and saw the blond haired girl with glasses and a sweater took my order, pretty sure her name was Brooke, upon talking later I found out she took my sister's as well. She was nice enough taking my card but wow does this girl need more training on a POS system or a hearing aid or something. A guy brought me my GRANDE drinks, also glasses, little hair, and I asked "are these Venti's?" not rude, I just rarely go to starbucks in general so I thought I was mistaken. Big dawg scoffed at me, took em back, said he would remake them, withought me asking which was nice ig. While he was doing so though, the girl that took my order said "Oh sorry, that was my fault" and I do appreciate that accountability but why is she doing this more than once in a day. I get a mix up, I've worked in customer service and it blows, you make mistakes, so I try to be as nice as possible, but 3 drinks THAT I KNOW OF in ONE day is wild. When the dude brought me my drinks back I could tell he was annoyed which, I get it, but I've worked in this before and you're not suppose to have such an attitude and tone like he did with customers, especially when it was not my fault at all, lmao! Also when I got the drinks back they had a couple inches of space between the drink and the lid so it wasn't full and it tasted like they just added milk in it to fill it up instead of actually making more matcha. I really don't like leaving bad reviews and have only left like one other about a restaurant, but this drive thru experience and especially the man's attitude was out of control, I would highly recommend going into the Starbucks in Albertsons or literally any other one...
Read moreI am an avid Starbucks lover from the PNW and this place was awful. I asked for a coconut milk mocha macchiato and the woman made me repeat it three times and said âa mocha?â I explained to her she can make it similar to a caramel macchiato and she said they donât have it- this is a drink Starbucks added within the last year or so. Next, I tried to order a vanilla and hazelnut latte, they were out of hazelnut, but this was not on the sign they had posted. I finally settled for a coffee frap hoping they knew how to make it and had the ingredients! I came home and I am almost positive they forgot to add the coffee because it is now evening and my caffeine headache did not go away like it does with my normal...
Read moreI usually go to this starbucks and don't have a problem ordering or with how the the drinks are made. I went through the drive through today at 930ish and ordered a chestnut praline with 2 pumps white mocha made with nonfat and decaf. The lady taking my order accidentally put in a caramel brulee. I corrected her and she repeated it back to me correctly. However the screen was not correct. I recieved my drink and when I got back to work tried it. It was a caramel brulee. The service today was quite poor and my drink was not made correctly. This Starbucks usually has the best service in town, but today's was not...
