With any business, and especially a food business on a busy night, thereās potential for having a challenging experience.
Thatās why it always dumbfounds me to see people pop on Google and leave a nasty review rather than first calling the proprietor and giving them the chance to correct, or at the very least investigate, the perceived problem.
To be honest, I donāt remember what our challenge was with one of our orders, and thatās likely because the manager - Alyssa - went over and above to make things right for us.
I wish I could detail all that she did because it was such a phenomenally brilliant way to handle a dissatisfied customer, but I donāt want someone to read the details and attempt to take advantage of them.
Just know this. Alyssaās Dominoās is the best one with which Iāve ever worked, and she is a huge part of why.
Our second go āround with pizza was fantastic, and she made my family feel like truly valued customers.
I think youāll find this to be a great establishment with which to do business. The pizza is exactly what youād expect from Dominoās, and I hope Alyssa owns a store of her own one day.

The problem is that they realized my order wasn't ready and did nothing about it for 10 minutes and then they told me that they still had to put my boneless wings in the oven and I have to wait another 10 minutes. The order was supposed to be ready at 7:30. The clock by the register show that I got my food at 7:45. I immediately went to my car got in my car and the clock in my car said 8. So did the clock on my phone. The clock by the register in the waiting area was 15 minutes slower than actual time. Guess they better fix their clock before promising to have an order ready at a certain time. I was offered a water while I waited that water was worth $2. I guess they value my time at $4 an hour. I am a full-time double career woman and I can promise you my time is far more valuable than that. I'm disappointed that the business was so sloppy. The second is that another employee was making pizza dough and stopped when I came and asked me if I was picking up an order. After replying, she stopped what she was doing, took my money without washing her hands. After ringing up my order, she processed to go back to what she was doing. This employee never washed her hands before or after touching the food or money. It took me a while to realize what happened. Next day, called the manager to discuss what I observed. No help at all and was given an attitude about them wearing gloves and their protocol. Never will I go here again, employees need to learn to wear gloves and wash...
