Like I have always said I appreciate my ancestors, but I will never fight to eat in a place that doesn’t provide me good service like he was the other smiling faces, He laughed and smiled at everyone else. I watched him. He had an RN, a Secretary, a business owners, and a corporate auditor/quality manager…and he doesn’t know how to act? I am sure we will be the crazy ones because that is what they call us when we speak up! I am sure they don’t need my money, and I won’t be going back. If he was having a bad day he needs to stay at home. I paid for a service I did NOT get!!!! Food was okay. Wings were good! Service was very poor! Plates not cleared until after the manager acted a mess! We asked them to be be cleared. It was the worse service I have had in a long time! I ate in the Bronx and got real ITALIAN PIZZA.and the service was EXCELLENT(Last Month). You know I record and take video so let him call me a liar! He really should be checked by the owner because to slam food to kids is ridiculous! Don’t mess with the kids and grandkids. He will get away with it and everything will be good because they have no accountability. Like I told my daughter you are educated and that is why you value how you treat people. You get paid because you are capable of learning and caring. Either he doesn’t love his job or he doesn’t have to be accountable for his actions because our jobs pay us to be accountable. They will not steal my joy. Just won’t go back! I don’t beg to eat and be treated right. Never will. I don’t have to. I love me too much to beg to eat where my grandkids were slammed food like they were trash! I won’t say dogs because most people treat a dog better than they do “our” children! My husband said “We think you could have handled that better how you slammed food to the kids!” He said “Well I got pizzas falling out the oven” and stormed off! That is a personal problem. Doesn’t give you a reason to be disrespectful and then invalidate a customers feelings! Enough! I don’t have to eat there!! I am a tipper for good customer service. McDonald’s workers I tip. It really sad that you pay for your food before you can see how they will serve and treat you. Then you have a manager come out in a t shirt and shorts(picture attached) looking and talking unprofessional to a group of very educated and successful people because he didn’t feel good and pizzas were falling out the oven. I am an educator and te way he slammed that pizza to those kids would have gotten me a call from the state! That is accountability! People in food service should not act that way when he did. I tried to call the owner. It was that bad! I am in business and if any worker of mine treated someone that way they would have definitely been sent home and wrote up! I advise anyone eating there to pay by credit card so if the service don’t match the food you can cancel and walk out since the manager storms off so you can’t get your money back!! So today, I go to eat out with my family.. Everything’s going fine except for nobody has come to take our used starter/appetiter plates from the table.. Okay. Fine. Whatever. Now here comes the waitress and waiter with our pizzas….. Look at this table!!! Where are you going to put them? The waiter “Jake” decides to SLAM the pizza down at the table next to us where the kids are sitting and says “HERE YOU GO!” Like my children are DOGS!!!! Then he proceeds to storm off back into the kitchen. Come back out with another pizza for a different table and hands them their pizza gently with a SMILE on his face 🗣️ I. AM. LIVID. Discussed this with another worker there and she went to get “THE MANAGER.!!” So Jake is the manager!! MIND. BLOWN. 🤯 Jake comes back to our table…. We explained to him that we did not appreciate the way that he slammed that pizza down in front of our kids.. All he had to say, VERY RUDELY was.. “WELL IVE GOT PIZZAS FALLING OUT OF THE OVEN!” We wanted to discuss getting our money back butt right after he said this he STORMED OFF AGAIN!!!! So we decided to stay since the food has already been paid for. I had to ask somebody what we needed to do with all of the plates on our table and one of the ice cream girls came and got the plates, FINALLY!!! But Manager Jake NEVER came out of the kitchen area for as long as me and my family were there. No apology. No nothing. I will never eat here again and I DO NOT...

We have eaten here a couple of times. Last night was frustrating 07/27/2024. It was later, like 8:00ish when we got there. Service was awful, likely because the were no adults visible. Young lady that took our order was awesome. Very nice and cleared a table for us. I paid and left a tip on the front end, which I normally never do, but my buddy’s family knows the owners. My meal was $85 for 4. I got up to get a refill and ice machine was empty. The bearded young man at the bar said I had to go next door to Brandi’s to get ice. I said “ so you are telling me I have to go ask a restaurant that I am not eating at for ice”. He said “yes, do it all the time”. I said “so I spent $85 with a tip and I have to get my own ice?” He said “yes”. Salads came out at same time as Pizza and we had to ask 3 times for ranch dressing. Don’t tip on the front end, decide based on service you get.

Owners…..Get a better manager or go up there and crack some skulls!! Your food is very good so don’t waste revenue on...
