I will never return to this place!! Tried to walk in today as the website states they are open at 11am and was turned away for no reason at all! I was told they weren’t open until noon, which was fine except the woman who spoke to me was VERY rude! She said “what can I do for you” as soon as I opened my door to get out of my car, I answered “We we’re just going to buy some food?”, while pointing towards the restaurant. She then looked over to me and said from the back door, “We aren’t even open, it’s like 10:55am, food now? We don’t open until 12pm!” I then said “Oh I’m sorry, I thought the website said you were open at 11, we didn’t know” she didn’t say a word just stared at us until I eventually got back in my car and drove off!! Super rude & disgusting behavior!! Making us feel like it was wrong for us to be there!! This situation could of been handled more professionally! Embarrassed that it was someone of my own heritage speaking to us the way she did! Making us feel as if it was wrong that we were hungry and stopped there!!!!!...

My friend and I sought out an establishment supposedly serving peruvian chicken. On the building outside it said Dominica Republic which Im sure has it's own recipes. My friend said, it is not Peruvian chicken. She has eaten it in several other places. The woman gave us samples of chicken, pork and beef, maybe; they were all very dry. We decided to go ahead and by a whole roasted chicken and, it was pretty good, a bit dry too. They offered no sauces as she had had before. Owner very friendly and helpful. I ordered the chuletas a la jardinera for me and stew ribs for a friend both with yellow rice. The pork chops and the rice were very good. However, can't say the same about the stew ribs; my friend didn't eat them (I tried them and had bad taste and had an awful smell). The place needs to be cleaned.
