Great Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Chicopee

Ok so first I want to say that Ben the manager is awesome. A few weeks back we ordered fifty dollars worth of food (no much but wait there's more) and only the chicken fingers were edible to us. I called and asked if they changed their recipes and they said yes and I told him how our food was and he gave us the credit for this order. Well tonight we called for only chicken fingers and we got 4 large boxes of them and the ones we ate were perfect. When they told me about the change in recipe items (I'm sure for a lower cost) they said that they didn't taste a difference or if they did it was a very slight difference. They were our go to Chinese restaurant and now we won't have one, so we're bummed about that but at least the chicken fingers are awesome to us. Please don't let this review change your mind about ordering for here. It's a nice restaurant for take out and the people are helpful and friendly, we've never had a problem until now and you might like the difference that they did. Enjoy them I'm sure you...

This place absolutely SUCKS! 25 minute wait turns to 40 minute wait. Drove home only to find they gave you half the wrong food. I called them and they told me I had to bring the whole bag back in so they could inspect it because they didn't believe me. Had to wait another 30 minutes for the proper food to be made. They didn't offer me anything in exchange for there errors. Restaurants generally give you some sort of compensation... i asked them if they were gonna compensate me for all this wasted time and my hungry family at home still waiting. He ignored me. I asked again and then he said, " take a 2 liter bottle of soda, its on the house". Thats a joke they probably paid 50 cents for that soda. cheapskates. wasted so much time and no compensation. Also their food was terrible and they didnt even give us any duck sauce for dumping sauce... Go to PO'S Chinese Restaurant they are...

Ordered a Pupu platter and said to the person taking my order if it was ok to substitute, I would pay extra or just take off. As chipper as they seem they told me the good that I did have would have an addition. The only thing that was tight was offer of chicken fingers. I call to explain the mishap. Now first person I talk to I explain I just wanted to make them aware. Listen, by the 3rd person I definitely felt like I should have been gotten a coupon and I have proof aside from the people here but 5..... FIVE different people I was transfered to. RIDICULOUS.

And the delivery driver who i had already tipped prior to his arrival ( I should have saw this method as a red flag) was very rude yelling in phone hung up on me.

Truthfully. I hope no that this review makes them think of having better...
