Disappointing and Unwelcoming Experience

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My friends and I walked in and stood waiting for at least three minutes without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. Meanwhile, a white man walked in after us, cut in front of us, and was immediately served without hesitation. It was clear that we were not welcome, not just from the staff’s indifference but also from the stares of the other patrons.

No one should have to experience this type of treatment in 2025. If you value respect, fairness, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. We certainly will.

While I appreciate your establishment's response, I want to clarify that this is not about how we "felt" but rather the reality of the situation. There were three of us, and we all experienced the same treatment. We were standing directly at the flooring by the entrance of the kitchen, where there was no signage indicating that we should seat ourselves.

Additionally, there were two white women working at the time—one blonde and one brunette, who chose to acknowledge a white man who walked in after us. She asked if he was picking up an order and then walked off to retrieve it, never acknowledging us at all.

There are no second chances for discrimination from us. However, I hope this review encourages your establishment to make necessary changes in staff training, customer service, and overall...

So this was my second time here, bad experience 1st time, thought I'd give it another try. Nope wrong. Was just awful!! Customer service is just bad, you just get ignored if your not a "regular " then when finally someone decides to acknowledge you they're short like your just bothering them. Very uncomfortable feeling not welcoming at all! Food, was terrible.. First time got a chicken quesadilla, was so greasy, it flapped over dripping with grease and zero taste/flavor and cheese was barely melted. Threw it away.. Do Not get this! Second time, got the BLT, nope awful. I don't know how they cook but it was so greasy(everything seems to be) my bread was so soaked with grease it fell apart, lettuce was so saturated with grease it looked like over cooked spinach plus smallest BLT (well sandwich) I've ever seen. I make chrilled or even toasted quesadillas, grilled BLTs, toasted BLTs never have grease like this. The onion rings over cooked and zero taste. Also threw it away going hungry Again and out Money Again!! Very disappointing, uncomfortable...
