Pizza Palace — Restaurant in Chicopee

Occasionally I visit the Chicopee area as my business attends trade shows and fairs. The first trip to be honest, I drove by this place as I thought it was a typical pizza shop. The second time, I really needed a quick bite and it was right down the street, so I checked it out.

This is not your typical pizza shop. Cozy little place with some character as well... Ask them about the ceiling fans :) They have a little bar as well.

I now have gone there 5 times, and each time I am more and more excited ass I am trying different items. Each time its a big hit. Regardless if it is a pastrami, steak sandwich, mozzarella sticks, pizza, paste dishes, etc.

Honestly the best part is the family that runs this place. very friendly and personable. The second time I showed up, they remembered me! They even remembered how I like my pastrami sandwich. They are that rare breed of good people.

Oh yeah.... You will love their prices and their great portions!!

This is truly the Hidden Gem of the Springfield Area and even for New England!

Pizza Palace 17 White Birch...

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place and completely unsatisfied. I ordered the mac & cheese, which states that it’s made with mozzarella cheese… Look at this picture does it look like there’s mozzarella anywhere in here? These are some box noodles with cheese sauce… Completely false advertising I wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew it did not come with mozzarella. I ordered a wings WRAP and I ended up getting wings having to go all the way back to get my replacement item. Then the girl on the phone said “we’ll make another one” baby there wasn’t another anything you didn’t make the first one correct. They had the audacity to request the wings from me, not that I cared for a freebie but I would’ve just let the customer take it since it was in my error making them drive back… I won’t go back to do...

I have to say this place hasn’t change from them being in holyoke and relocated to Chicopee, it’s been 12 years since I’ve haven’t had there food that’s my fault. So there’s no excuse on me for not going there, but I have to say I order bacon chicken ranch pizza and small pepperoni it was great and by the way crust was crunchy and toasted if you pizza like that. But I got to say the visit with the owner n mama dukes brought back old memories.. Gooooo Pats.... I’ll be back soon... People just have...
