I was very happy with the service I experienced last night at the Childersburg Dairy Queen. Their freezers are full of cakes! Sylacauga Dairy Queen never has cakes in their freezer anymore and I had ordered in advance for a birthday party. I was unhappy with one of the cakes decorations and the girl in charge refunded my money and told me I couldn't have either one of the cakes! The Dairy Queen in Childersburg was SO friendly! Pulled an Oreo cake from the back and decorated it on the spot for me. I will ALWAYS go to Childersburg Dairy Queen from now on. Thank you all in Childersburg for everything you did to make my baby girl's cakes all she wanted them to be.

The best, cleanest Dairy Queen I've ever had in my life. The staff were friendly, the fries were perfect like Gordon Ramsey came in here and made them himself. I had the Fish Sandwich and my son had the Bacon Two Cheese Burger. My onion rings were superb. We're literally going to bring the rest of the family to Auburn this way just to stop here. Not kidding!

Mediocre. Food is good enough. Restaurant is clean enough. Owner and wife work constantly. What I love most is how they half mix your blizzards so all the mix ins are on top. 5/10 will be back

I received some of the best customer service from a young man named AUSTIN. He took my order through the drive thru. He was very patient and had a really great attitude. I could hear the kindness in his voice. I spoke to his Manager and gave him a raving review. If you happen to have him take your order through the drive thru and you enjoy his service as much as I did please ask to speak to his Manager and tell them your experience with AUSTIN. This young man has very bright future ahead of him. Hi Austin you better put on those shades. It's about to get very bright! The store manager is just a, well, you know and everyone there usually just seems mad along with the pay rate omg is it horrid. But the ice-cream is high as h*ll and if you're planning to go get ice cream that is like a sundae or cone just go to burger king frl. And I ended up waiting for 20+ mins just for one thing of ice cream I understand if you're busy but they were goofing off and not busy so why am I waiting nearly 20+ minutes for a SMALL cup of ice cream!?!?
