Taco Bell — Restaurant in Childersburg

On 5/8/2025 around 1130pm, I visited the Taco Bell drive thru on Childersburg where I was dismissively greeted by the young girl at the window, who seemed very uninterested to perform her duties and provided poor service. She was very snippy with her tone and was quick to say they were out of Pepsi and Starry drink, then she charged me for Dr. Pepper when I said “no” and tried to force me to take it. I also ordered and was charged for 2 Cinnabons which were not put in my takeout bag…which I realized after arriving home. Additionally, when I asked for Mild Sauce at the window, she was snippy and quickly said they were out as if she didn’t want to bother to check. When I refused to take the Dr. Pepper and she realized I was unhappy with her service, she magically found some Mild Sauce ant the front counter and put it in my bag. I have lived in Childersburg for 20 years now and can count on less than two hands the times that they have gotten my order correct. It is so bad that I order two extra items so I can have enough to eat. I never thought it would be possible to repeat year after year but I'll give them one thing, they are consistent if nothing else. I know you ask, if they're so bad why go back? At this point it's almost entertaining to see what is going to be right and wrong. I can hope for more but at this juncture I really shouldn't. Update: 1 week later and guess what? They forgot to give me my meximelt, just like last week. Just wished I could talk to the owner and let them know how poor the service truly is at...

Only gave one star because zero wasn't an option, I work in public service so it truely erks my nerves to be so poorly treated, first off I ordered 2 beef and cheese burritos and I received one beef, cheese and rice burrito, the 2 incompetent nimrods at the window she be the ones fired for that free half an ounce of rice I was given, the first one a younger black girl who after every word i uttered just about would say very rudely (is that all, is that all...) and the second was a fat white woman who was questioning her own senility over some bugs she was announcing to the other one was there in the restaurant where I and anyone listening (weather i wanted to or not) could hear it.
