Shawn is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to CUSTOMERS! Not helpful at all. Rude to other staff members. After purchasing worth of goods from the store I called back with a question. Sarcastically he told me I needed to read the back of the bag for instructions. I told him I didn't understand the instructions because I was administering medication to an animal. I have several times to speak to the lady at front who is very nice and and always willing to help you. He refused to let me speak to the associate. Not to mention what I was in the store he called her several times over the radio demanding that she come to his age she told him several times she was assisting another customer. He disregarded that she was helping me as I got ready to leave he followed me all the way out of the store as if I was a thief. I'll never come back to this location again. Probably will never go back to another tractor supply. I think I'll just go to PetSmart and not petsense since it has dealings with...

Is this a joke? Supposedly the biggest tractor supply in the state of Alabama. Yeah ok, first off the building maybe bigger but they have all their outdoor stuff inside, post, dog kennels, gates, etc.The place looks like a ghost town there's so much open space on the sales floor. Secondly, they don't have a single item here that cannot be found in Talladega, Alexander City, or Inverness, yet their supply of these items is severely scarce. I don't understand why because it's the same price which ever one you go to for shopping. Lastly this is a farm supply store, why are people bringing pets like it's a Petco lol. And price wise I'll stick to my local feed store, better quality and way...

My dog food is $8 more a bag here, pretty normal for all the feeds it carries to be higher. Lots of open space. Associates are obviously less than enthusiastic about being there. Needs organizing and cleaning. Speaking of cleaning the bathroom is nasty. I mean old gas station in the middle of nowhere nasty. Didn't take a pic of the toilet bowl, too disgusting to post.
