Main Street Pizza — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Had several experiences here. We like the pizza flavor. We do not like the excuses we get when we order and it takes way longer then told. First delivery order took 90 minutes. We decided to help them out, all orders since we're picked up and ordered via time orders. We called at least 90 minutes prior to wanting to pick up our order. None have been done on time. Yesterday I was told, " we were busy". My response, " I bet, it is a Friday evening, most pizza places are busy. That is why I ordered 90 minutes ago". Take care of your customers, some of us a trying to help you by placing the orders early. Having managed many pizza places from mom and pops to corporate stores, customers keep you in business. Listen to them and make changes as needed to stay in business. Do not keep standing there giving excuses. It just makes your business look bad and upsets the...

I have only recently started eating at this place since it apparently has a new owner.

Have ate there 4 times. I was impressed each time for different reasons.

It's just a small mom and pop place but I haven't been disappointed yet.

Update.... a year later. I hate to report the disappointment has come. I called and ordered the same order that normally takes 15 to 20 mins, they said it would be 30-35 mins. I arrived 25 mins later. I live less than 2 mins from the place and food was cold when I opened it and not cut through. When I arrived to pick the food up 2 young ladies were talking and laughing with a young bearded man who was in the food service area without a beard net. They continued their conversation while I waited to be taken care of. Twenty two dollars for a cold barely cut pizza is not acceptable. Losing 3...

We ordered Main St. Pizza for the first time tonight. The customer service was great. I told the lady who took my order how many people I was trying to feed, and she didn't try to upsell me, which I appreciate. She even recommended fewer sauces than I was trying to order because they were very large containers, and she was definitely right. It got here in about 40 minutes (decent for a Saturday evening), and it was hot. The pizza was great, and the cheesy garlic bread was good as well. I didn't care for the garlic butter. It tasted bland and, more like, just melted butter without the garlic. I also didn't care for the dessert pizza. It was dry and fell apart very easily and just didn't have a good texture.
