Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chillicothe

If I could give a 0 I would ordered with door dash was missing 2 nacho and cheese, 1 drink, 3 tacos meat and cheese only 1 cheese quesadilla, 1 chicken quesadilla, 3 beef and cheese chalupa no lettuce not tomato. Our dasher got to main st taco bell and our order was given to someone else so she had to wait to have it remade. Then when we got it all that food was missing.U have to go through door dash to fix this so we did and just wanted missing items management refused to make this right and said that we were just trying to steal food ( mind you I could of just accept the 55 dollar refund from door dash but that's now what we wanted. Said that she wouldn't only replace 4 things because she knew were we just trying to steal food. Door dash said just let her do whatever because it became a screaming matching with the manager. We got the food and again it was completely wrong our dasher was amazing and was able to completely back us up that the food was not received they tried to tell the dasher she must of stole the food because she was given 3 bags and 6 drinks, to which she replied I was gave 1 bag check ur cameras. We said that we would bring the food down to her and prove it was wrong to which she replied she would call the law if we showed up because she was done dealing with people who want to steal. Foods good if you actually get what you ordered, without missing food! Every single time I go there I always am either missing food or have my food messed up, the staff is very unpleasant and unprofessional people! Making fart sounds over headsets while ordering , and having crappy attitudes while serving the public… I’ve had many calls to have my missing food replaced, but when I go back they never know what I’m talking about, and refuses to replace my order if I can’t remember the exact day/time who I talked to or my exact order… which I order different things and order for my family when I go there! Just make sure you have your hole order before you pull away from the window, otherwise you’ll most likely have wrong or missing food, and still they most likely will pull you to the side for you to get...

I went through there earlier today on my receipt it says 3:32 p.m. and it looks like Natalie P was my cashier. This girl was very nice and polite and friendly. She didn't have the fake smile you see everywhere else like McGreasies. I just grabbed a Chicken Power bowl on my way home from training racing pigeons. It's been a while since I have made a review and I gave her five stars but the restaurant only gets 4 stars. 4 stars is I liked it. Things were a bit slow but that's the normal at every fast food joint. The reason I left the review was to mention the cashier who was worth mentioning. Good help like her is hard to find. I will be back! By the way it takes something really special to get 5 stars from me. Texas Roadhouse still hasn't gotten it yet because of their poor service and I absolutely love...
