These people working here think their customers are idiots I went through here ordered a bagel and a coffee when I get to the window their machine for the credit card is down they tried two different of my cards they were both declined not my fault at all they were happening to every other customer too so I proceeded to try to put a review in and when I started to review I realized I could order online so I did after getting back through the drive-thru 10 minutes later they hand me the same bagel 10 minutes old and cold tried to tell me they just made it it's a double toasted bagel they always come hot this one was cold can't stand liars I will try to avoid ever coming to this store again cuz...

Kind of a hit or miss sort of place. They are friendly for the most part, but this morning made me have to write a review. Not only was my bag containing my food TOSSED to the employee at the window, but she dropped it on the floor, picked it up, and handed it to me. Ok, not a big deal. It's in a bag, I'm not going to be "that guy." But when I get to work and open my sandwich, instead of it being an everything bagel like I asked for, it was a plain bagel. So, my food got tossed AND it wasn't even the right item....at least it still tasted good. Tim Horton's is so bad at orders that it's an inside joke in our family to see who won't get their order. We still go because its relatively cheap and we like a few things on the menu but if we don't have time to go back in a second time and get what was inevitably messed up or forgotten we just don't go.
Oh and not this location but another one called me a theif because they mixed up our bagels-took a bite before I realized and when I went back they asked for it back.
