Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Went through the drive through at 9:56 pm. Was the only one in line so the service was fast, but I ordered a couple of things for someone else and I only got a $1 chicken quesadilla. I usually get these at Taco Bells. So I have had some really good ones, but this was the worst one. It was made correctly, unfortunately, it was poorly made. The tortilla was barely filled with any shredded chicken and the cheese had lettuce wilted into it. Called the manager of the facility and the manager J. (Abbreviated for privacy) was nice enough to tell me to come back and get the whole order replaced. The staff was super apologetic and replaced my order and gave me a couple of bonus things for the inconvenience. All over a dollar menu item but since I'm on the road, this was fuel for the drive. Horrible experience! Waited a very long time in drive through line! There were only 3 cars ahead of me and one of the vehicles didn't even get any food- they drove off after placing (or attempting) to place their order. When I finally reached the place in process where you order, the attendant informed me that there was only one grill cook and orders where taking 10- 15 mins. I said I've waited this long, I'll wait another 10. I began by ordering 5 tacos and thats when the attendant said " I need to let you know that I'm only taking 3 or 4 item orders'. I was ordering for my family- who by this point were very upset! 3 or 4 items would not do so after 30 min, I drove off with no food and...

Don’t recommend if you wanna get yelled at for no reason The female manager that’s always there always has an attitude. Shes always yelling at both my husband & I for no reason when we mention the mess ups that happen on THEIR end & no matter what, to her we’re always wrong & she’s always right. It’s always the same issue with this manager cause we always check our order before we fully pull away. She shouldn’t be a manager let alone have a job with the way she treats people. This may be our last time going here which is sad cause it’s the cheapest option in Chillicothe, but not gonna continue to be treated like dirt. Plus, the food is typically cold, wrong, or...
