I love the people in Ace Hardware this evening! The 2 ladies were very friendly and my helper Tristan went out of his way to find a bolt that I found out that I didn't even need. It was for my back hatch window on my vehicle. And he offered to fix it for me so I wouldn't need to buy a torque screwdriver. That's so sweet and awesome! My back hatch window on my vehicle had been duct taped and gorilla taped since October of last year. So for him to offer to fix it was truly a blessing from God and him. The store manager (Desiree) is always professional and handles business. When things don't go well or you have a less than great experience she goes out of her way to get it corrected.
