It's too bad zero stars isn't an option. I've worked as a cook for 15yrs and a general manager of a bar and grill for 2yrs and in that amount of time. I've never dealt with such rude, unethical, disrespectful, and unprofessional people as the ones that work at the 400 S. Washington St. location in Chillicothe, MO. They not only messed my order up once but messed it up twice. They not only wasted my time but my money as well. Me and my family used to be a regular customers until now. We'll never return especially not just after the rude, unethical, and unprofessional behavior that not only the night manager Jodee exhibited but her staff as well. Jodee is a manager and is supposed to lead by example but clearly not know how to do so. Especially not when her and sonic are stealing money from customers or letting her employee's like kenadee say "I thought you were banned from here." Really it's sonic get over yourself. DL Rogers if you knew better you'd do better. Theft and disrespect is where I draw the line. Not to mention my son's fries were disgusting, burnt and tasteless, y'all hardly ever change your grease and your employee's patronize and are disrespectful and unprofessional to your customers. It's a wonder this place can even keep its lights on for one and just know DL Rogers the employee's you hire are a direct reflection of your company and the business you do. However the employee's and the business you do at this location is bad for business. Not to mention the employee's are too busy gossiping, show up to work high on the job and can't even do their job. I highly doubt this location will continue to be around much longer if thing's don't change. Also if your a paying customer I'd seriously just save yourself the money, time and effort and just take my hard earned money else where unless you want your order cold, wrong, tasteless, and served with a side of attitude, disrespect, and unprofessionalism and theft. Because the food and service isn't even worth the dumpster area that sits behind...
Read moreThis place is trash. Pulled into a stall ordered our stuff and waited 20-30 minutes for our 4 FOUR drinks to be brought out. The stall we were at went back to the home page and didn’t tell us anything about our order coming at all. When the server came out with our drinks in a drink carrier she sloshed the carrier all over the place as she walked to the wrong side of were we were at waiting. and after she walked back in sloshing our drinks she came out to the right side to give us our drinks. When we get handed our drinks none of the four drinks were a full drink at all. All four of the drinks had the liquid dripping down the sides of the cups and all over the top of the lid. None of them tasted like they should either. I would not recommend this sonic to anyone. By far the worst service and drinks I’ve had. Also don’t go to sonic to order anything if you don’t want to have a heart attack or stroke. The red button is insanely loud for absolutely no reason. Absolutely ridiculous and I’m surprised I’m not deaf after leaving with my bad drinks. 0/10 would...
Read moreAt the first ring to the button they had conversations with themselves instead of taking our order and hung up. Upset, we started checking the clock. It took another 8 minutes to get the button answered the second time and an order actualky taken. It took 25 minutes of waiting after the order was placed before we asked where our order was. The reply was there were only three people on staff and it would be out shortly. We set an additional 5 minute timer. After all most items take less than 5 minutes to prepare fresh there. Instead of bringing our food she was noticed taking out the inside trash. Our order didn't arrive before the 5 minute timer went back off. They're supposed to have food out in a specfic time frame. They're also supposed to do certain things when they are slower for customer service reasons. If looking for fast food while you are passing through town, you might call ahead if time to ask how backed up they are. We went elsewhere and will keep this in mind if we swing back...
