I called Round table in Chino and ordered the double play pepperoni promotion I seen on Instagram as I did in the past. The female on the phone informed me stated they did not have a Large double play pizza promotion so I ordered a medium Pizza. When I arrived I asked a male employee about the double play promo and showed him the Instagram promo and he stated they do have a Large double play Pizza deal. He asked the female Mangar for assistance and she stated to me that she didn't know there was a double play promotion. She asked me if I wanted to cancel the medium and order the Large Pizza. I am very dissatisfied I had placed my order online to pick up and I was given a promised time online saying it would be ready a certain time. I go in at the time “it’s supposed to be ready” and only to find out my order hasn’t even been made…. She told me my order would be ready within 8 minutes and I waited an extra 15 minutes for it . What’s the point of me ordering ahead of time if I’m going to wait the exact same time as I would by placing it in person.
