Horrible customer service and unsanitary the employee who claimed to be the manager horrible she had me standing there for almost 5mins before taking my order she was on the phone instead of doing her job. Not only was the customer service horrible she touched the floor with the gloves she was serving my food, I didn’t say anything at first thinking she was going to change her gloves but she didn’t and that’s when I asked for her to change her gloves. She literally when on the floor to look for the plastic bags and she thought it was ok to serve my food with the same gloves. She the manager imagine that’s what she’s showing her employees. I Ordered an Ultimate BMT and this is what I found in my sandwich which by the way the bread was hard. I ordered a total of four sandwiches and the bread was hard. I called the store and talked to the Manager/Store Owner who insisted that the bread was fresh and out of the oven which was not true. She said she would find out who made them and would call me back but of course she didn't. I'm not one to complain or leave bad reviews but the owner needs to make it right and fix the situation not blow it off. Thank you thank you thank you for having / bringing back the roast beef sandwich! This is the main reason why I bother to haunt Subway is to order and pick up this delicious sandwich. Roast beef, cheddar cheese, green bell peppers, tomatoes, and spinach, topped with salt and pepper all on white bread of my choice and BAMM! such a wonderful combination of tasty chaos to destroy my hunger for something good to eat for lunch.
