I am pleased to write a review for such a great family business. I have purchased an iPhone and MacBook Air from this computer store and I have always received excellent customer service. The owners of the establishment Mr. Bede and Mrs. Demi go out of their way to meet the needs of the customer. Everyone is on a first name basis and it really feels like family. I have visited other computer stores but, I feel that these stores are only concentrated on selling a high price item that I may not need. This is not so at Computer Annex they explain the product and based upon your needs will suggest the best choice.

They also repair equipment and are very knowledgeable as it relates to hardware and software. If you want quality service with a personal touch and genuine concern for your satisfaction with the product these are the people to go see.

They have a stellar reputation and are well established in the community. They have been in business for 20 years they must be doing something right otherwise, they would not still be in business.

I came here with no money and just to check out some computers. i applied for credit and i got approved and was able to take home an iMac that i was interested in and they even gave me a discount. I thought it was cool that there was no money down and got to take home a mac just like that. The next day i came back to get an rams upgrade on the mac to make it faster and they gave me more then 50% discount on it and they installed it for free. You can't get that anywhere else. From the moment I called to get directions to the shop, I knew this place was professional. I went in to buy an IPhone and from the moment I walked in and greeted by Jesus, their technician, I knew I was sold! I got to meet the lady who answered the phone and she was as pleasant in person as over the phone. Jesus was very helpful, his customer services skill were outstanding and truly knowledgeable. I am actually writing this review from my new phone and it works perfectly. I highly recommend this business and most certainly I will be doing more business with them.
