I appreciate hearing back from you and thank you for the gift card. I think I would be most satisfied if you would figure out how to improve the quality of your grilled cheese sandwich. People should not have to pay for and try to eat something as terrible as what I had yesterday. Granted it wasn't moldy or bad that way, but the sandwich was definitely subpar and needs to be discontinued immediately and replaced with a better product. By selling that grilled cheese sandwich you are definitely ruining the reputation of Caribou Coffee.

02/05/24 Nice to have this location, and the coffee drinks were good, but we should have skipped the grilled cheese sandwich. The back side of the sandwich had a piece of bread that only half covered the front side. It was pre-toasted on one side only and warmed up in an oven. I can’t understand some of those negative reviews. The staff of mostly young women are nice, helpful, and competent. I honestly couldn’t work at a place where you have to make drinks, take orders for the drive thru, and take online and in person orders like they do, and still get through the day, with a smile, lol! I just have to imagine the stress they go through to do five things at once. I couldn’t do it, guess I’m showing my age! I was here twice. The first time they didn’t have the sandwich I ordered. I didn’t get upset, because it was on the later side and previous customers bought them out. The staff doesn’t make the sandwiches. Like all Caribous, the sandwiches are pre-packaged and they heat them up. I just chose to pick a dif option. After all, I’m a level headed adult! I am not knocking Caribou or the staff in anyway with a 2 star review. The staff have always been nice and friendly when I have gone. But, the coffee is horrible. I have gone to multiple locations in Eau Claire, the coffee is always great. I don't think the staff here have been trained properly. I either get the wrong thing or the coffee just tastes like burnt water. The staff is great and I think with a little training on how to make the coffee, this place could be a great location.
