Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Choctaw

Edit: Tried again today January 21, 2024 to order from the Choctaw location. Placed the order online at 5:36pm. It stated 17-21 minute pick up time. At 6pm it still showed prep on the tracker, so I called to see if it was just a glitch. They said no it has not been started and would be another 20 minutes. She stated they had a lot of orders. That was the same excuse last time. If it is going to be 45 minutes just update the app to show that. Then expectations are adjusted accordingly. I feel like if I hadn't called they would not have started the order at all. So disappointed.

Feb. 18, 2023 This Domino's was great when it opened, but today they less than meet my expectations. I intentionally ordered early so it would be ready when I was driving by the location to pick it up. The pick up time was 6:22pm. At 6:25 pm I was informed that the pizza was just going into the oven. They could have updated the tracker or the waiting time so I was not left sitting in the parking lot waiting forever. I order from this location a lot since they are so close to home. But I have to say this was the first time that I have ever called up there and have been treated with such delight and professionalism. I spoke with Mary which I thought was the best person to answer the phone up there to take orders because I don’t think they put anybody else on the phone last person I spoke with up there he was rude did not care and was trying to just get off the phone, Mary help me with my order. Asked every question I had and was very professional thank you Mary because of you. I will continue...

Very sad with this store. Called an spoke to the manager last week as they are a new store and my home is 4.3 miles from the location and literally 100 yards outside of their zone.

The allowed me to order last week and said anytime I wanted to order it would be no problem, I just had to call it it.

Fast forward to today. Called to place an order and new person answers and tells me no. Was going to be an order of five pizzas and a big tip as we believe in tipping well for their efforts.

Unfortunately service us no longer a thing.

Looks like I will go back to...
