Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Convenient location. I was doing laundry next door. Unfortunately my experience at this location was not good at all. Carmen was at the register. I ordered a #24 Large (loaded breakfast). Curly fries instead of hash browns. Carmen never repeated my order. She handed me a small coffee cup when I paid for a LG. Several people (4) were waiting for coffee and they only had one pot at a time. They ran out of coffee several times. When I got my order I was given a croissant sand (#22) instead of the loaded breakfast and a small curly fries instead of a LG. 3 mistakes on a simple order. By the time I was given the correct sandwich my fries got cold. Some constructive criticism please pay attention to the customers, repeat the order. All co-workers (front and back) were all having pretty loud personal conversations which is fine until you make mistakes and have costumers waiting. Almost $14 dollars spent not worth it. This is by far one of the Worst Jack-in-the-Box locations I’ve been to, My family and I stopped by on our way back from Mexico for a quick bite.Which turned out to be nothing quick or delightful.

Card machine was not working staff was very rude, and to top it all off the food was just the lowest level quality fast food chain meal I’ve ever had .

My wife and I both have food poisoning from eating at this location and we are 100% sure it was from here as we had not eaten anything today other than stopping there and about one hour later we’re miserable I have been glued to the toilet I’m pretty sure it was that frying oil they use it had a very tainted used in abused taste to it.

Chicken sandwiches were cold . Meal seemed to be just Tossed together w no integrity

I I have an idiot Jack in the box since I was 5 years old so that's like 53 years of Jack in the box. I personally love Jack in the box food. So so once my EBT card did not work. I have no other funds with me. When I asked them to cancel the order the cook and the cashier decided to give me the jumbo Jack that I ordered anyway. I almost cried. Of course I've been back several other times and the food is always great. the people that have served me have always been nice but they have the self-service option at the register. I have been back other times when I have cash on hand. One of the ways that I rate restaurants in businesses is that is when I asked for like maybe a napkin or to use the bathroom or a glass of water when I'm stranded and broke. And when they say yes I try to always go back to that business when I do have funds and have money to spend. I stay loyal to those businesses. Thanks...
