Granada Mobile Estates — Hotel in Chula Vista

[Originally written in 2016] My parents have lived in Granada estates for 37 years now. Wow cool! It's a very nice, peaceful, Sr. Mobile Home Park with a lot of friendly folks who live there. The last time I visited, the residents would still wave at you when you drove down the street. Imagine that! Yep, there are still a lot of nice, friendly people in the world, aren't there? I have been living here for 5 years. It is at walking distance to everything you need. Very quiet. Very clean. Every resident do their best maintain their home in good shape with decorations. It is a mix of European Americans and Mexican Americans. No loud music except from outside of the complex on Saturdays. A real dump. These trailers, or as they laughingly call them, mobile homes, are falling apart. The rent keeps going up, it will cost you $2000 to live here. If you like Mexico, you will love this place, but Learn Spanish so you can communicate with the residents. I'd rather spend a month in county jail, than a weekend here.
