Elmo's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Churubusco

Not pleased that my order wasnt even started at time that was quoted never was updated so i waited and was told that the sauce that i requested onside was gonna be an extra charge because its onside thats called gouging the customer and is B.S. i realize that she was short staffed who isnt update your customers and when you haven't started any of the order i would accommodate my customer instead of making someone mad over 50 cents im sure she was mad at me this was not the quality we usually get bad...

I really need to stop giving Elmos any more chances. I thought maybe since it is a different one that it may be better. I was wrong. 2 single slices of meat on a sub with way more bread than anything else. $5.79 and $6.20 after tax. They could do way better than this.
